The roof had three layers of shingles on it that all needed striping along with a skylight that needed replacing. Workers from Big Rapids Roofing came out yesterday morning around 7am and worked until 7:30 - 8pm in the evening. Five men and a woman. The team of six employees worked together great. They knew what needed to be done and they didn't stop until the job was finished. When finished on the roof they cleaned everything up like using a fine tooth comb. They were extremely hardworking, efficient, thorough and kept me informed on what issues they found while on the roof and showed me the boards that needed replacing from water damage. We were fortunate they didn't find any mold in the rafters after all the leaking we've experienced. This team of workers from Big Rapids Roofing I would hire for any job and strongly recommend them to others for all their home or business work project. I'm extremely pleased and in still in awe of how hard and thorough they worked. Definitely five stars but deserved 10

Using white oak for restoration, the craftsmanship was outstanding and the finished work mirrored and blended beautifully with the historic character of our property. This led to hiring Sam to save our two story carriage house that was falling off of its stone foundation. This extensive project included the following: * Complete re-engineering of the structural integrity of the 1st & 2nd floors. * Removing original wood flooring/joist on 1st floor and removing by hand, the stone foundation, digging down 48 inches around entire perimeter of building. *Staircase was removed along with exterior wood siding from 1st level. * A monolithic slab foundation was poured. * Electrical work-panel installed along with outlets and lights on both floors along with welding outlet. * Installed new beam to support 2nd floor * Installed two garage doors, two single entry doors and one double door to the backyard. * Built a custom staircase to 2nd floor using original wood salvaged from the floor removal * Custom made the wood siding to fill in the siding that had been removed from 1st level to match the remaining original siding on the exterior. This really is just a short description of the work and skill that was needed to save this 148 year old structure. The entire building needed to be jacked up to bring the walls back in and make the structure once again square and level. It's a true testament to Sam's level of expertise and craftmanship that this building is still standing and better than ever.

Frustrated and Disappointed with Extremely Clean…read more We hired Extremely Clean for exterior work on our home and spent nearly $10,000, choosing them because they were a local business we hoped to support. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. The job was left incomplete. The owner promised to return and apply a second coat of stain on the fascia. He told us--on multiple occasions--that we were on the schedule (as shown in the attached screenshots), but never showed up. Each time we followed up, we were met with more excuses or silence. He also said he would leave behind product for touch-ups, which he never did. We originally hired Extremely Clean for additional work as well, but after months of getting the runaround, we chose not to proceed. When we shared our frustration, the only response we got was, "All I can do is apologize that you weren't happy." But even that apology hasn't come--and there's been no effort to make things right. We're still waiting on the extra product he promised to leave behind. We understand that things happen, but what matters most is communication and integrity--standing by your word and your work. Sadly, that's not what we experienced. Sharing this so others can make informed decisions. We hope Extremely Clean takes this seriously and improves how they treat their customers.
