Sub par realty company. Evicted me not for non payment. Lived there 2 full years. Did a quicj writ with no notice (2 witnesses one is your realtor said there was NO paperwork on my door. I was at a 4 day vacation at the Q casino. Rental was filthy when I moved I. Carpets were worn and tack strip exposed in 2 rooms. Baseboards were filthy and CCR is slow to do required repairs for their owners. Buyers and renters beware! I ended up moving into a beautiful five bedroom house. I'll start all over and I'll get through it. But I have a lot of agencies advocating for me because I'm just disabled. This was just a really poorly handled unprofessional execution. I'm glad I'm no longer doing business with them. The broker of the firm doesn't even work in the office and will only come out once a year. Do better CCR. BBB and other advocacy agencies are actively preparing counter suit. Good luck when your poorly run, badly represented realty office has low numbers to report. Terrible experience but I will start over. Sell any items you deemed for me to not keep possession off. And I think you were dealing with my parents who were multiple customers of yours. This realty company was so awful. They would not allow me back in my home where my medication was, my cell phone was, or any of my possessions were. I was allowed five minutes with a sheriff standby. Had I known you were going to sell my bed I would've taken all the new bedding and everything out of there at that time. I'm so happy to not be doing business with you anymore. AZ ROC# 330915 This business is kinda shady from the get-go…read more Don't mistake them from Sun Power Plumbing. They were assigned to me from First American Home Warranty (FAHW). (Read YELP on FAHW before purchasing!). OK, so they show up and they do look under my house. It's a raised foundation and is accessible through two points of entry. You see, Shoes has a broken drain line coming off the kitchen and going to the bathroom. So there is about 3 feet of clearance from the bottom of the floor to the surface of the soil. The plumbing is very shallow under the soil, under the house. Now, I know it's somewhat cramped, but it falls within FAHW contract provisions. But I guess Sun Flower doesn't want to do the job, so they tell FAHW my whole hose needs to be re-plumbed, re-piped? Which is not true. I know because it's my house and I've been under there many, many times. I even had the underside of the house treated for spiders and insects. (See my review of Blue Tech Plumbing) But, plumbers these days have become entitled. And like most KARENS, it's beneath them to actually plumb something. If it's not a water heater they won't do it. I wonder if they can even sweat a joint on? So, if you need a plumber, call a business that will actually get their hands dirty and plumb. Find a plumber that doesn't lead with "Water Heaters". Oh and read YELP reviews. If you have a problem go to BBB and AZ ROC.

As it happened, they had a cancellation on the afternoon that I called, and they came out that afternoon. It was a pleasure to deal with Preston and Jorge. They did beautiful work. Hannah, the receptionist, was also efficient and very courteous. They re-plumbed everything for the washing machine, and also took care of a problem with the shower and two hoses at the water heater. Much has been said about the high prices of Area Plumbing. For the type of work that was done, the amount of time it took, and the materials, I did not regard the price as too high. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. Area Plumbing gained my trust, and so I lean toward using them again.

They would rent a camera for $400 cash from me, then add their labor to that. No guarantees! Because it could be a tree root in our plumbing, or even some major issue under our driveway! They left. I called my husband who then remembered the name of the company who had come out once before: Westar. They said what we were told didn't sound right so they sent Edgar and Chris out within 20 minutes.
