It is absolutely the fault of the management or should I say lack of management. If somebody from Taco Bell is reading this, you need to completely change your management team at this restaurant - this particular store because they are doing you poorly. Absolute trash as a management team.

Art is the owner and he is so helpful and friendly, he made ordering a breeze and was incredibly accommodating to our requests and needs. We ordered a variety of burritos, chicken, carne asada, and fish. They were so delicious, packed with a perfect balance of ingredients - (not like the overrated place that gives you a brick of rice with meat sprinkles). There was not a single complaint on the food among my 40 coworkers and that's very very very rare! Art highly recommended we try their breakfast burritos the next time, so most recently, we ordered that. We had the chorizo breakfast burritos, bacon burritos, and plain - all had eggs, hash browns, cheese, chipotle aioli, and salsa. Once again Art delivered outstanding service and food, no complaints, just happy, full bellies. And for this kind of customer service and quality food, I'd expect to be paying a high price, but Brick and Flour is extremely budget friendly. Perhaps there is a systemic issue at this location for the workers, but their power struggles and disgruntled attitudes are really getting old. Especially when we hear employees are to make 20 something for unskilled labor. This place is a far stretch of what it once was, even 5 years ago, don't get me started on how it was 10 years ago. It's clear they removed some of the last workers that were flexing on patrons, but they need a current employee audit again. This location only exists because of the proximity it lays to Stevenson Ranch which is a very economically important to the city, but you would think there would be some pride in your job in such a beautiful area. It's clear it's now a corporate assembly line housed with "factory farmed employees" rather than "a happy burger stand" like in and out just down the street. This is not a happy McDonalds location by any means, but they do have a nice play palace for the kids. This company, the owner, and management should be ashamed. I wish I could bring a hidden camera in here. Smh.

For a fast food place to earn a is a lot, and today she went above and beyond! This location is very close to my 94 year old Mother's home and Momma is a big Filet-O-Fish fan, in spite of typically eating healthier. They've gotten a lot more expensive o er the years compared to other fast food sandwiches, but she will drop $6+ when she needs her "fish burger". McDonald's has their springtime sale, $2.99 on Fridays for a month. In the app, they're offering $2.50 each every day, up to 4 per order. That's less than half price! So when I'm in town, I use the app and score for Mom, getting the tartar sauce on the side so she can save extras for another day without them getting soggy. It works! The issue is, my brother who lives 5 minutes away from Mom and doesn't use apps on his phone because he doesn't trust them. ‍ Then it dawned on me, I could place the order in the app selecting that location and send him a screenshot of the confirmation. Voila! I called to see if that would be an issue and Palig was so sweet. She didn't think the app would allow me to order from 50 miles away because it uses proximity sensor to have your items ready and fresh when you arrive. Maybe my brother doesn't want McDonalds to know where he is ?‍ I told her I'd try and see if it works and she sweetly offered that if there was an issue to have brother ask for her and she would try to make it work. Kudos for that level of service! The only problem we had was people at the drive through window questioning if the order was placed at the right store because they couldn't find it with the mobile order code. Palig found it right away and handed him the bagged order, already paid for and he was off to deliver to Mom who was so happy! Thank you, Palig... I hope your bosses see this and recognize that you go above and beyond to help a stranger over the phone to do something nice for her Mom! You really made our day today!

Grabs the receipt that I was asking for since I had paid when I pulled up to the window and shows me the receipt on top with a Name "Jamie"..(again I stated yes... how do I know that's you.???) & I said okay I'll take my receipt as I reach for it and I notice she was trying to hang on to my proof of payment .? (I'm assuming since receipts are nearly cash she wants the points??) I make my way towards work now late , and upon arriving I open up the food ... & SMH.... The meat was undercooked and still mushhhhyyyy and pinkish-red && to NO SURPRISE im short ONE of my items ... I honestly could've dealt with it if at least my order was correct however ... now it's just unacceptable.. pretty certain there's absolutely no repercussions for this human since no one is holding her accountable... We'd been shooting for hours and hadn't eaten that day, so were starving, yet I still couldn't finish it. Ingredients were fresh, and portion was very generous. There's an ice-cream shop on 1 side and a cookie shop on the other side of this place, so plenty of treats nearby to keep your toddler busy while you enjoy your meal (like we did lol).
