I think the cook forgot to wave the bacon over the eggs. There was no bacon in ether one of the two I ordered. 2 Egg and bacon Breakfast Taco I ordered. Did not look anything like on order board. $ 4.38 , 1/2 of egg maybe . Sorry and flat. No wonder there's nobody in here. Went to Del Taco this evening just after 5:00p. Although, the food was ok, the Cashier messed up our order giving us some sweet cream cheese barrito looking things instead of the cheddar potato bites. I hate being a Karen about this kinda thing but I went to deltaco for lunch and the first time they gave me the food they shoved it to us not careful at all plus my nachos were all over the bag. The lid wasn't on so I didn't leave i asked for it to be remade she asked why Jason(my husband) says its all over the f*ing bag! So she takes it then the manager gives it back with only putting a new lid on it food still all over the container like we wouldn't notice. Now they won't answer the phone. Stopped in for drinks and enjoyed a strawberry lemonade. Also picked up a strawberry milkshake. So we checked in again 2/2019 and this time we had some grub. Fish tacos were an excellent choice . They were tasty with a nice bite to them. Can't describe the hot, tangy cool taste that got. I also tried some of the crunchy tacos and I will say that it was loaded with cheese and tomatoes and quite simply delicious. The bean and cheese cup was worth the $1 I paid! I will definitely be coming back for more. Drinks are always $1 and I'm talking strawberry lemonade, ice coffee and awesome Gold Peak tea. read more

I was there today around 540 this evening. Going through the drive thru. No customers in the store no one in the drive thru line. I come up to the mic and greeted by a voice del Taco can i Help you very fast talking that is ok Ok I am ordering just 4 stuffed tacos that is it. I get through the first 2 and she rudely jumps in and said what else. So once again i reply i want 3 carneasda stuffed tacos and one chicken one . She immediately proceeds to the next window. Did not even give me time to finish my order. So I don't want to make a scene at this point so I just proceeded onto the the next window. She opens the window states the amount nothing else said and I give her the money. Then she gives me my change and now I have not a very good attitude. I asked to talk to her manager, well immediately I realize this is not going to be great because she screams hey so and so someone's wants to speak to you. Well this other younger girl comes up front and I can see through the window that they are both laughing. I explain how rude I was treated and so forth nothing bad said so far no cussing either, highly unusual for me at this time. This so called manager comes to the window no apology or nothing and says well is there anything else I can get for you very smirky, at this time all I want is my food so I said no. Then I told her that she is very much going to enjoy my Yelp review. She states OH WELL now I am pissed I looked her straight in the eye and say "screw you" come home explain to my x wife. First the food is good Now I know why no one was inside or in the drive thru the service was the most pathetic in the world. I have never seen young people as rude as these two were. they no more cared more than anything in the world rather they served customers or not. I will go back to Taco Bell bad shit but at least the service is good. My kids now in their late thirties would tell you if they ever that rude to other people there ass would have been black and blue. Very unpleasant lady at drive thru.My order was correct and the taco's were fine. Poor customer service.

Not really sure how to rate this one--Maybe-It depends on what you order, and when you go. I have been several times, and had a great experience (the bowls are great), but the last time I was there my food was not great, the service was not friendly, and there was absolutely no sauce in the place. We were not advised before ordering, and did not even get a "sorry"-just" we are out". How does Del Taco run out of sauce? and why not tell you before ordering so you can change your order? Again, it has always been clean, until the last time--there was food all over the floor, and handprints on the windows, but no one came out to clean. Maybe it was just a bad day, or maybe it has changed for the worse. I'm sure I will try again, and make my decision then--unless I see others indicate I shouldn't. read more

Tried to get breakfast burrito(posted $1)i was denied this price and was told i could only get breakfast roller for said dollar. An employee who was not on duty came around to register from dining area and proceeded to tell me it was posted wrong and i could pnly get burrito for 3 something not for posted dollar. He argued with me and would not give me obvious price posted. I gave up and ordered breakfast roller, to nake matters worse my rollers were wrong they had red sauce on them, which i asked not to have on mine. So after all that they had to remake my unwanted breakfast rollers and had to wait even longer for food i was already unhappy with. read more

My first time eating here and it was good! There used to be a Del Taco if I recall next to Red Lobster but shut down and replaced. But this place is a new building and good food. Just make sure you say your food right. I wanted an epic burrito but forgot to say epic so just got steak beans and cheese burrito. The staff are really nice and helpful. We tried the the carne asada fries it was mouth watering. My epic chipotle chicken ranch burrito was great so hopefully they keep up their good work. read more

Lack of communication is an understatement! We ordered chicken soft tacos... were given all beef tacos. Took them back, they made half of them chicken then gave them back to us. We had to take them back again to have them fix the rest! It took a very long time to get our order fixed... it seemed like they were having a hard time understanding what we were trying to tell them. It was a pain! read more

Don't eat there. They will charge you the same price for "free" water as they will for a medium drink. And they are completely rude. Minimum wage or not, if you're in a customer service position you need to at least pretend to be nice. My family will never attempt to eat at this particular Del Taco again. read more
