For the life of you, these ppl won't help you at the kiosk. They truly expect you to come in, figure it out and go. Then your order is complete shit coz you messed up the kiosk and the blame comes right back at you because you're supposed to know. Yeah I get is not a big deal but the same goes at the supermarket, McDonald's, Jack in the box and everywhere you go. All systems aren't the same, they aren't uniform, one has to figure it out at each and every place. When's the limit? read more

At this DelTaco...Going through the drive through, is a nightmare ! They are constantly telling you to pull around front and we'll bring the food out to you.....WHY??? .....the whole point of going through the drive through, is so I don't have to get out!!!! That's not a good parking lot to be in ......it's a truck stop and there's sketchy people walking around......and they want you to go park with them. Tell them NO, and record it for TikTok or YouTube. It's crazy, it's the only one that does this.....WHY???? read more

Recently me and my wife have been going to this del taco, atleast for the last week went 4 times, and every time with out missing a beat they mess it up during the day or at night. It's crazy to me that every time they mess up on something so simple as 5 soft tacos, take of the lettuce, and add sour cream. They ask me atleast 3 times if there soft or hard I make sure there soft then when I get to the window I get 5 hard tacos every time I've had to go back through the line or come back from house they need to fire everyone there, but today they messed up again but also forgot to give us two tacos while we were waiting outside my pregnant wife had to go in, and also post eating the food every taco had pieces of lettuce on it like they wiped off the lettuce from the taco I am no longer coming here, and hope they figure this out for the next person read more

Service is horrible, employees fighting amongst them. Another time they didn't have ground beef for the tacos wth!

I've been to this restaurant about 4 or 5 times since it opened. One time I went to the drive-thru speaker and nobody responded to take my order. This evening I went through the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me and I was told to stand by. I had to repeat items in my order and after being told to park in the front, as they seem to do, he brought me my food and asked to repeat my order. Five opportunities for this restaurant and less than impressed. The owner or manager must not care about quality or customer satisfaction. Finally, the food was lukewarm and my order was incorrect. The quality has been horrible every time. read more

Not the best service, food is always cold and they only give a small amount of sauces.

I would give this restaurant a 0 stars if I could, they were extremely rude to my husband while trying to order in Spanish and did not have any drinks and would not return his money back! The manager started yelling at the husband and telling my husband that she couldn't understand him and had to pay for ranch, when the drink he paid for was never given to him. Service is always so slow and rude . read more

Del Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Bloomington, California

This place is HORRIBLE. They park you EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! I order a medium drink and 4 snack tacos (stuff they don't have to actually cook or fry. Only assemble!) and they still park you. AND it takes them 8 mins to bring out 4 tacos and a drink to you. Mind you, i was the only one in the drive thru. And they only had 2 cars parked in front. Oh, and each time, they never give you sauce even tho they ask you what sauce you want before they tell you to park. read more

This location SUCKS! Gave it another try today and guess what my order was totally messed up. All I wanted was the Carne Asada Fries. What I got was fries, very little cheese and some carne asada. No Sour Cream, No Gucamole, No Tomatoes, No Secret suace.....worker asked what sauce I wanted in the bag but there was no sauce in the bag....What a JOKE! Tired of paying expensive prices for food just to have the order screwed up. This spot was good the first year it opened now it's totally dogshit. read more

Bring back customer service, actually talking to an employee. It's not that hard . I guess the food is ok but damn

Food was cold still okay but the service was terrible. Rude from the start. Lady was mad dogging

You guys are crazy if u guys don't keep this guy happy to stay at ur location anyone would be so lucky to have him read more

Management here is insanely stingy at this location, it's not the worker's fault, they are being told to NOT hand out sauce as they should be. If possible go to a different location, skip this one for sure, or go to the Jack In The Box across the parking lot, better food and service. It's a shame this location is so stingy with their condiments, since the condiments are what make their crappy food better... what a shame. read more

We went there to use their coupons. We drove through to use 1 and I went to walk in using a different pay card and they said I could not use a second coupon because I was in the same vehicle. We have never had a problem all other Del tacos out of this area we go to let us do that way to use the coupons. The person working said he would do it, but because the manager watches the cameras and will not let the customers use the coupons like that if they come in the same vehicle. We will not be returning to this location. read more

i swear the same cheap owner owns all of the local del tacos. sodas are always low syrup, from the very start of opening the store he adjusts them to save pennie's. fries are always old, soggy, and un salted. cheese on a quesadilla is never melted, like it's assembled in a fridge? we just gotta complain high enough, this guy doesn't deserve the del taco licensing. read more

Out of all the Del tacos in the area, this one has the worst morning staff I've seen, order in line, food isn't ready when you get there l, and the have you wait over 10 min in the drive thru for 3 tacos, they need to step it up or get new workers read more

We have been super excited about this del taco opening up. The place was obviously super clean. The staff was very friendly and moved quick. Once we got our food, everything was fresh and made to order. Can't wait to make this a quick stop on our way home. read more

Terrible. This store makes you pull around. Wait 15 minutes. Messes up your order then gives you no sauce and no napkins

I want to thank Andi he did a great job. So friendly and personal. Great customer service

Today is the 3rd time visiting this location and has not changed like I hoped! 1st time I waited 20 minutes after ordering through the drive through for a chicken quesadilla. 2nd time was shorted 2 burritos and 2 Cheeseburgers 3rd time today stopped quickly to get something before daughters game and was not given a chicken roller and the three burritos with 2x extra cheese were extremely cold. Unfortunately this seems to be a management issue at this location and obviously not getting better because this was the 3rd failed order. Pretty sad because this is a new opening. read more

Horrible, I walk in and I'm first told I can't have a dog. I reply it's acceptable to have a dog with me if it's a service dog. I wait in line. He's helping two other customers order. The one other customer finishes their order and the other's order Is served. The customer asks if it was done according to specifications, the food preparer looks surprised. 4-5 minutes pass and they finish ordering and then Andi asked me to order at the self service kiosk. I say well I just waited in line can I order. And can I order just hamburger patties from the self serve kiosk? Why not at first say go ahead and order from the soft serve kiosk. But if someone waits in line to place an order, don't shuffle them off after their request order in person. We never ordered, we left. And based on the error of the order of the folks in front of me. Andi should revisit training. read more

Used to be the best del taco when they opened and then all the sudden their fryers are down after a certain time. This is my 3rd time coming in the past month and this issue happening. We had to drive off because we are just fed up now. Not to mention almost the whole menu is fried. Real disappointed when it's the closest del taco to where I live. read more

Just ordered through the drive thru. I didn't get their name but I'd hope they get their credit. It's 2:19 pm and they're working drive thru , a young male and female. Very nice. Smiled at us while helping us. Told us to have a lovely day. You can tell they are just great kids. I love to see when young kids take their jobs serious. I was 16 at my first job at Burger King and I completely understand not every one is worthy of being kind to. Keep it up you two ! read more

This location is by far the worst I've ever been to. First off they will tell you to park every single time regardless of what you order. Then they take forever to bring the food out because there's other parked cars and they wait for all the orders to be done. Food was cold by the time it got to me. The worst part is they lie and say they park you so they can make fresh fries or fresh fish but then when you get the food the fries are cold and stale like the fish. If we go through the drive thru maybe consider we are in a somewhat time crunch and don't have time. The final straw for me was today I went at 9pm and they closed the drive thru and the doors. Are they not supposed to be 24:7? Whoever the franchise owner is needs to investigate that is seriously a lot of wasted money. Will never come back to this location id rather drive down the street. read more

Place sucks. Use to be great when it first opened but now it's crap. No cars behind me and yet i was still told to go to the front and wait. Waited 10 minutes just to get a burger and tacos.
