Kristin is great! My homeowner's policy had just been cancelled by…read more AAA. They said maps showed our home was too close to some brush on slopes. However, that had not been an issue for the 18 years of being a loyal customer to AAA. Kristin was very helpful, and made the whole transition a pleasant experience. She responded the same day after I made a quote request, and we met within a few days. I really appreciated the personalized service since various other companies only have representatives to answer questions on the telephone. Kristin was very patient advising me about a myriad of issues, such as my home, auto, rental property, umbrella policy, and trust account. She also took the time to explain loss of usage, deductibles, and replacement cost amounts. This new insurance with State Farm has saved me hundreds of dollars, and given me better coverage. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Kristin and her company!

I was fortunate enough to meet Matt and Adam, due to the close proximity to my work. Fast forward nearly 10 years, a new condo purchase, and the need to buy home insurance. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU WORKED WITH, TRUSTED, AND TAKEN ADVICE FROM FOR 10 YEARS. The same exemplary individuals, offering amazing service, honest advice, in a family atmosphere, and always returning calls and emails in a timely manner. These guys are the real deal, and if you have any insurance needs, they are 100% looking out for your best interests, all day, every day. Get on board as soon as you can!

As one that has worked in food service, retail, banking, software design/user interface and technical support over the years of my career, I think I know bad service when I see it. Great responsiveness by phone, e-mail, whatever. As much as I like to do things for myself (like adding a car, or reporting mileage on a vehicle using the State Farm website), the personal touch and assurance of things getting done (right) by making a simple phone call to their office is actually easier. From the first email and phone call, Travis was friendly, responsive, understanding, and competent. He's not afraid to take a stand which was hugely helpful in our search. Unfortunately, through no fault of Travis', we just couldn't get exactly what we needed BUT I know that next year, I will start earlier and I will contact Travis first -- it was nice not to be treated like a number (or more specifically, a commission) for once and I look forward to switching to Travis' agency in 2026!
