Having now used a few different car transportation companies in my life I can confidently say that…read morethis is the worst one I've come across. I Had several conversations with Sherry, the owner of the company, but we made a plan to pick up my vehicle and they completely 'no call no showed' me which cost me and The seller valuable time, it'll probably end up costing me an additional $500 finding a different last minute transportation quote. We were scheduled for 9am, and they arrived at 9:20am ( rush hour in the area isn't fun, and they did give me a call before 9 saying they were on their way, so I can't take points off for this) Plus, the start time was when they arrived anyway, so it's not like it costed us anything. The truck arrivied with 4 guys eager to get started. We brought them up to our apartment and we had thirty boxes already stacked near the door. Within 10 minutes, these were all loaded in the truck. Surprised with some negative reviews here as I couldn't have been more impressed with Kevin…read moreSamelko's customer service efforts, turnaround time, open communication and hand-holding through the process as we just shipped my 2019 Stinger from San Marcos, CA to Franklin, TN weeks back. Quick to pick up the phone to call, or to immediately email back. Fully transparent. Offered to eat the cost on something if need be. Coached me up on how to handle drop-off and pick-up with the driver--while explaining how the business works and getting us squared away. Dropped my car off in Southern California on a Saturday morning and it was in Middle Tennessee by early morning Tuesday; able to track the entire ride as I tossed an AirTag in the glove box. Family picked up the car for me in Franklin, said the driver couldn't have been nicer and my ride was in perfect shape--settling up after the fact, only after the car was delivered and were 100% satisfied. Would give a six-star review if it was possible. Thanks again, Kevin.
