Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. We didn't even know exactly where it was, but Frasier & Son spent the time in the rain looking around for it. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed more than fair for how much work they put in, and we'll certainly be calling them up for any septic needs going forward. Thanks guys!

I also asked about replacing the sump pit cover, but he explained that the existing cutout was intentional for the backup system and there was no need to replace it. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to repair instead of selling me things I didn't need. I highly recommend him.

Michael removed and reconstructed the wood entryway (see picture). Michael also did significant replacement of rotted wood/rotted decking, scraping and repainting of two porches (see pictures). We also had him strip and repaint an exterior door that had been poorly painted by a previous contractor. The quality of workmanship that Michael delivers is simply outstanding. Also, he constantly communicated with us throughout the process - we knew in advance when he would be on-site. His painting is impeccable. We are grateful to Michael for his time, workmanship and we look forward to putting him to work here again!
