DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!! I had to find a florist for a funeral service out of town and I contacted Deininger hoping to order a wonderful arrangement for a family service. I asked for a lantern surrounded by white flowers ( hydrangeas, roses) and lots of greens. Instead, they sent a tiny lantern with NO flowers at all for $108. I was extremely upset and embarrassed when I saw it at the service. I called them the next morning and talked to someone who assured me the owner would call me back. Of course no one ever did. Personal flower orders for my wife and daughter have been higher quality than anywhere else I have ordered from [and we have lived in the Minneapolis and Chicago areas for a total of 24 years - nothing compared from any of the florists in either area]. We also get our weekly church flower arrangements from them, always super fresh flowers and always beautiful, plus a reasonable price on personal and church orders at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Freeport. I ordered an arrangement online from Deininger's. What was delivered did not have one single flower that was shown in the picture. The flowers used were much cheaper than the ones shown, were poorly arranged, and had mismatching colors. It looked terrible! The arrangement had roses and carnations were used instead. I called and they agreed to send another arrangement and did refund me 50%. The second arrangement didn't look like what was shown. It had sunflowers in it and the arrangement I ordered had no sunflowers. Plus I ordered a seasonal arrangement, so one would think that they would have the flowers in stock. I would not recommend ordering here online. read more
