He came by a week later and looked at it and left. After numerous calls to him he never returned my calls ,the I went through LG 4 times and still no action. I have never in all my 78 years seen such terrible service from both LG and Fairway. The repair was approved and I contacted Darryl to order the part. Ages pass and multiple checking in with Darryl only to be given the run around, as he will now check for the part/status.. no now he needs to contact the Ministry to find out how he will be paid. [same way I paid for the estimate] Do repair companies call your boss to confirm payment before doing work? No, just for those on disability perhaps because those on disability are judged as swamp creatures who decieve and are under the feet of those who have not been injured, as if injury equals untrustworthiness, thievery and generally a wretch of society . Obviously the Ministry does not give out private client information. So Darryl took the only money I had for the estimate to get a repair and kept walking. ZERO ethics and ZERO morals. What a shameful person and horrible unprofessionalism. And as the repair is needed on a gas stove, my conclusion of his character is quite justified.

It's great to be able to connect to a business via text, as we were able to converse about a convenient time and she was expecting my call. She was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. It was clear that she cared, and quickly walked me through some remote troubleshooting I did while on the phone. In no time at all, she was able to isolate the problem down to a breaker switch that was turned off, and the electrical issue that I thought I was having was resolved. Julie then went on to answer a few of my questions including: explaining some guidelines to look for when considering the purchase of a new appliance, reliable brands, etc. Very informative and patient.
