I needed help over the phone reassembling my dog clippers after removing the blade incorrectly. Jenny and Jason were very courteous, friendly and provided the technical support I needed to get my clipper reassembled. They are a great example of customer service, highly recommend! read more

We had some grooming scissors and clipper blades sharpened there and they are the nicest people you can deal with. Very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and we will definitely go back ! read more

This was my first time having Jason Gertler (Definitely Sharp) sharpen my hair cutting shears. I am so glad I made the drive from Mechanicsburg! He sharpened five of my shears for me and am amazed how nice they work now. He had them done in good time and very reasonable. He and his wife Jenny were super nice! read more
