Spending money on a Friday night and leaving upset is not acceptable. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I came in with my daughter to try on jazz shoes, the older lady working there was rude from the very beginning. I asked her to bring both styles for my daughter to try, and she responded with a negative attitude like it was a problem. She didn't want to let her to try both styles. . Instead of simply bringing both pairs, the older lady refused, saying one "wouldn't fit." That decision is not hers to make it's the customer's choice to try and compare. Today was my first time visiting, and I was shocked by how unwelcoming this employee was. A sales representative should be helpful and friendly, but instead she made me feel like I wanted to walk out immediately. While my daughter was trying both pairs, I asked my daughter questions to make sure the shoes fit well (since there is no return policy). Instead of letting us focus, the lady kept interrupting by negative talking and being rude and It made the entire process uncomfortable. There are so many other stores that sell dance shoes, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time here. If this store wants to keep customers, they need staff who actually want to help, not drive people away.

Roller skates - they don't have them, but you can do a bearing replacement on cheap skates here and that will spiff any rollers right up. My wife snagged some at the next door Big Five and put some Bones in them; buttery smooth. Longboards - they have some. Mostly pintail shape, not a lot of kick tail styles or cruisers. Pretty limited to a handful. But longboards have been in short supply in general, and they at least have the bases covered. Expect to put in $120-$180 here for a longboard, but a good one. They carry a local brand, White Wave, Sector 9, and Globe. Limited selection, but quality. Skateboards - they can build almost anything. Tons of decks to choose from, this would be their specialty. Not a skateboarder myself, can't weigh in for quality. Trucks - they had some, and they were shiny. I also don't mess with trucks that often Wheels - longboard and skateboard wheels available; not a ton of longboard brands, but several sizes. 75mm OJ, Sector 9 70mm, and some much cheaper local brand stuff. Bearings - they have your classic Bones family, including ceramics. Buy them and they will install them for you. Makes any board feel new again. Not as good of a selection as Sidewalker Surfers but save yourself the pain and just come here, Freedom is a lot better/less toxic/more human.

I was so busy shopping that I completely forgot to take pictures which is a first for me! I ended up finding a gorgeous black jacket with beautiful gold trim and it's absolutely stunning. It has that polished elevated look that makes a simple outfit feel luxurious. And apparently I have to go back in a couple months to use the next $75 credit:) even without the credit, this is definitely a store to splurge on something special. The videos I saw showed the strip mall being so packed with vehicles & people that there was actually a police presence just to help manage with crowd control. I recently moved closer, so I took the first opportunity I could to take a look at their goods in person yesterday...I was a little taken aback at how small the space is. From the moment I walked up to the front door- I was shocked to see that, that many people could have been waiting in line for hours and that the store would have enough merchandise to accommodate ALL those customers?! That said, I found the shop inside decorated in that retro style very suitable & quaint, but also only about 8 racks spread out openly throughout the store. The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return.
