It easily causes much frustration and could use an investment of funds to make the flow better. I imagine that there are multiple accidents. Though, I can only complain so much since parking is free. Other areas charge for parking or have packing structures, so at least you aren't dealing with that. Despite the parking lot frustration, I find myself frequenting multiple businesses whether on the East side or the West side of the shopping center. The West has the following that I frequent due to value of service and selection of product: Massage Envy, LoAnn's Nails, Cold Stone Creamery, Panera, and Verizon. A great selection of shops with periodic sales, so worth taking a trip to Superstition Gateway West.

I haven't had the good fortune to commission a knife, dagger or sword from Hellfire - YET…read more I have, however, been amazed and wowed by the service I've seen the blacksmith give other customers. And me. He is happy to answer questions, discuss his craft and show you what he's doing and explain why. He really should offer lessons, if that's not something he already does. In addition to custom orders limited only by imagination, budget and physics - Hellfire will take care of your existing blades! I've had blades redone, am aware of others doing the same - and saw the other review (filtered) about an oxblood scabbard. I also spoke to the blacksmith about a rather valuable pocket knife I have. I was quite willing to bring it in to him for a little TLC - and of course, pay him for his labors. He asked a couple of questions about the condition, then told me what I can do at home to take care of it. Hey - even if he only charged me $15 or $20 - it would have been cash in his pocket I would have gladly paid. But his ethics and integrity stopped him from suggesting I bring it in. Little things like that make me all the more loyal - and should anyone ever ask me about knives - whether custom crafted or fixed - I am completely confident sending them to Hellfire. Talk about full service! The blacksmith is clearly someone who loves his craft - and is quite happy to share the passion if you take the time to show an interest. If only all business owners took the same approach!

I would highly recommend Hellfire Forge and we will be ordering again from him.

The only gripe I had that was really annoying was all of the shoes along the back walls were not ordered by size, so you kinda had to mystery hunt to find what you wanted to try on. They also don't have carts or anything, so you had to hold everything which was kind of annoying. The customer service was really great from the employees who were there and they helped me and my friend, whenever we had questions or we were trying to find something.

Be careful you don't get scammed like my son did…read more My son picked out a pair of shorts that were labeled "M" for medium on the hanger. He proceeded to front store to purchase the shorts. The lady took the hanger off and put them in a bag after my son provided his credit card for payment. Seconds after he walked out of the store I noticed they were not a size medium, but a large. I went back in the store and told the clerk what happened. I wanted to exchange for an actual medium which was falsely advertised on the hanger my son purchased.she said "no exchanges, no exceptions." She pointed out the situation sign at the counter and referred me to the manager who said the same thing. I believe my son was scammed by unethical sales people trying to get rid of bigger size stock by displaying them on mismatched sized hangers and using their "no refund, no exchange" policy to reinforce their scam.
