The staff are patient and take the time to teach the how and why behind the moves. They also stress the positives of Martial Arts. Flow from class to class was very efficient as one class lines up in the back of the room and enters the class area immediately after the previous class exits. Classes vary in size depending on level and type of class, but the average size was 15-20 the day I was there. There are two rooms: a large space in front that has a tiered seating area for spectators and a smaller room in the back. Both rooms have matted floors. Mats were clean and in excellent condition. Ventilation was great. There is an area for students to keep their belongings during class, but no locker rooms. The two restrooms in the back are large enough to be used as a changing room as well.
