Instead of taking a chance, I decided to schedule a one-on-one training session with Michael before my qualification--and it was the best decision I could have made. The personalized instruction made a huge difference. Michael took the time to work on my stance, grip, and overall firearm handling, which gave me the confidence I needed to qualify successfully. His knowledge and patience were outstanding. I've already scheduled a two-hour training session for my AR because I wouldn't go anywhere else. Duncan Defense Consultants truly is a one-stop shop. From firearms and accessories to outstanding customer service, they even have someone available to help with all of your paperwork, making the entire process simple and stress-free. Thank you to everyone at Duncan Defense Consultants for such a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining their concealed carry permit or improving their firearms skills. Five Stars!

I recently attended a CCW class with Duncan Defense, and the experience was outstanding from start…read moreto finish. If you're looking to obtain your New Jersey CCW certification, this is absolutely the place to go. The instructors were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. They thoroughly explained every step required to obtain a New Jersey Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) certification and ensured we understood not just the qualifications, but the responsibilities that come with being a responsible gun owner. The class was well-organized, informative, and conducted in a safe, respectful environment. The class itself was four hours, but it was never boring and it never dragged on. Duncan Defense truly acts as a trusted partner throughout the certification process. If you're considering getting your NJ CCW, I highly recommend reaching out and taking their course. Five stars all the way! I also purchased a tactical laser flashlight and a dry fire at target set there and the prices were unbelievable!!!!

After traveling one hour to Fort Dix for my all day handgun training I find out that the class has…read morebeen canceled. I was so upset I had not been notified by no one. I could've been contacted phone or email and I cannot believe that this happened to me. I highly don't recommend anyone doing any business with shoot New Jersey. Terrible customer service and business practices **Update to shoot N.J. comment. Completely untrue on how things transpired. Not accurate at all. It's note my fault that the company had a faulty and unreliable website with in accurate information. It's funny on how the day that I arrived to Ft Dix a worker there told me that this happens with OFTEN with Shoot NJ . He was not surprised. Also, Dawn with shoot N.J. Anticipated people coming to that cancelled class and instructed two men that also work for Fort Dix to tell Anyone that would show up that the camp class was canceled and postponed till the next day. When I spoke to Dawn on the phone she herself admitted to me that she was there that morning leaving at 8:20am to make sure to address anyone who would be coming to that class that was canceled. So if there was no problem in your scheduling why Was she there and instructed workers that were there to give that sort of information out to anyone who would show up.So all of the information that you have posted is not accurate to what happened. I hope that in the future you tell your customers the truth and disclose all information. I know when I scheduled my class online it reflected the same date that my friend signed up for as well. Don't try to cover up something that you know went terribly wrong with your company. If you own a company I would hope that you would keep your customers happy and work out something to keep them happy. Under the circumstances was not offered a refund or even a reschedule date. What I am more upset about is the principal about how this was all handled. Apparently the company is so money hungry that they can't give it back it's customer $175 refund. Very sad. Also how much does a manual actually cost I don't think it cost anywhere near $30 and a certificate you probably just print out from some computer in the office, you can put that one passed me. Food is probably just catered from a local food company and you always have extra. I know how your class runs I've known about it before so don't tell me that you spend all this money and preparation for me to show up to the class because in actuality you made money on me by "no show" . Don't try to re-iterate your policy it's not about your policy it's about the fact that your website had the incorrect date on it when I registered. It's funny how when I mentioned it to Dawn on the phone she would stay very quiet, that to me shows me that she knew something was going wrong on the website. And by the way this is not an alias this is just my nickname that I go by, I have nothing to hide. Public beware.

Paul is very good at giving you a lot of information to digest. However, it's progressive and concise. I was the oldest person in both classes, 58.
