Do NOT waste your money here…read more These guys did such a poor job "cleaning" my vehicle that I had to bring it back. Even on the second try, the manager did a sub-par job. They "cleaned" my seats and lathered a slimy product all over everything. They did not "detail" one inch of my vehicle. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID this place at all costs. The vehicle I brought in was owned by someone else before me and needed a good cleaning to remove the old owners filth. They told me the vehicle was filthy(the exact reason I brought it in) and had excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't clean it properly. Did I expect them to be able to remove the scuffs and scratches from the interior and make it look brand new? Obviously not. Did I expect them to CLEAN the DIRT off? Yes. I've attached pictures of how areas of my vehicle looked AFTER they "detailed" it so you can see for yourself why I brought it back. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Note: Your vehicle could be left for 4/5hrs. You can arrange for somebody to come pick you up and bring you back when your car is complete. Or you can wait in their teeny tiny shop on their little leather couch. I tried to wait, it's a very long time to wait in an industrial area with nothing to do!!!! Thanks to a friend picking me up. I ended up leaving and returning after the detailing was done. Great deal! I will use their services again. At regular price, it's a bargain. Hard work that I had no interest in doing. Happy customer here ! As of Sept. 6 2018 there appears to be a Groupon available. It's a great way to check these guys out and get your vehicle spic and span for a new season!

Custom detailing using xpel protection is seamless and unnoticeable. Incredible customer service from JR himself who patiently spent a lot of time explaining, showing, and not up selling. Very accommodating as well as he personally waited until I dropped my car off after work so he could park it inside overnight. JR is extremely knowledgeable about paint protection as he has been doing it for many years for the luxury vehicles so I felt like I've hit the jackpot! Although I paid a fraction of what my dealership and other detailing businesses quoted, the end product is 110% amazing.

So we took our brand new vehicle to JR's for 3 m Tape, Undercoating, and Ceramic Coating. The results are beautiful! The vehicle doesn't get dirty as easily in slush, it's like a teflon pan where things slide off. The tape was done really well as for the undercoating, it SEEMS great, but time will tell with this. But regardless there is a good warranty and they will check it and touch it up if it needs anything done. As for the price, we recieved in writing and on our receipt, it was exact. The price was far better than any of the other 4 shops quoted my husband by hundreds of $s. They needed to keep the vehicle for 2 days so each process dried properly and when we picked it up we could not be more pleased. JR walked us around the vehicle, explained how to care for it, gave us a bottle of Graphine to keep up the ceramic coating every two months, (the lady at reception explained exactly how to use it) and they asked us to come back every 1.5 to 2 years to check on the undercoating in case it requires a touch up and to keep the warranty in good standing. We feel the warranties are really good on these processes too. It has been about a month and we feel the quality of work done is really great and the processes look amazing with the vehicle looking really shiny and very clean! Thank you JR for doing such a great job. We appreciate your care and attention to detail. We certainly recommend JR's Auto Detailing in the West End and are happy to give them a 5 star rating.

I took a look at it, and that's when I noticed that there was damage to the plastic wheel well, which is why the marker wasn't sitting flush. I believe that this damage was done in May 2021, when my car was at Empire Collision, for repairs to the front bumper. Probably happened on one of the many times that they removed the front bumper. I contacted Mark, who handled my repairs back in May 2021. He suggested that I contact Mike, who is the manager at this location now, as Mark no longer worked at that location. It took two emails and two phone messages before Mike called me back. I brought my car in so that he can have a look at it. He proceeded to point out a hairline crack on my bumper and said that there was quite a bit of road rash underneath. I didn't even know about that hairline crack and I have never looked underneath my car. Regardless, I seriously doubt that either of them, would have caused the damage, that was done to the plastic wheel well. And I am sure that Mike can't seriously think that either. But instead of trying to help me with this, Mike used that to say it wasn't covered. I told Mike that I would change my online review, to which he replied with: "What do you want me to do? Give you a new car?" I tried to find anything about a warranty on their website and could not find a thing about it. I noticed another customer's review (Nolan Jensen's), whose experience sounds like mine. Especially the part where: "...some clips had clearly been torn out when they removed the bumper and were not repaired..." So all you readers you have been warned.
