This was the worst closing I have EVER experienced! Closing 7 June 2016. I was the Seller Got NO PAPERS to review until 2 days before. Closing proceeds check to me mailed 6/7 was undepositable by bank because of it's condition. Replacement check was to be mailed 6/21. Jamie Walters, Escrow Officer, neglected mailing check. I had to call 7/6 to get another check. Thank You, Crystal. She is the only Saving Grace in this botched transaction! Mischarged me for certain closing fees - i know better - called and had that corrected. Wrongly credited part of a Trustee Fee to me previously paid by Buyer. Wrongly omitted credit to me for 7 days of June rent by Buyer. I gave up dealing with them long distance and went ahead and closed to not inconvenience the Buyer. Have not received SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE from Investors Title. That is their responsibility... How do they survive?

A new builder moved into our neighborhood and found this company to "manage" our HOA. We just received our notice of our annual meeting and there was no agenda - which is a violation of Missouri law. When they first took over from the previous company, some of the homeowners still owed and Omni sent out bills. Mine was wrong and I emailed them THREE TIMES with the corrected information - and never received a response. I finally just paid it make it go away. Last year, in one of our neighborhood notices, Kim suggested that, since some homeowners hadn't paid their dues, homeowners should talk to their neighbors and make sure they were paying their dues. I keep asking when the actual homeowners get their association back.
