We would like to thank Sharon, real estate agent with St. Louis Realty. The service we received…read morewith St. Louis Realty was invaluable and exceptional. We were fortunate enough to have such an excellent and caring realtor to work with. Her real estate knowledge and attention to detail guided us through the process of selling our home. We had several real estate agents attempt to sell our home but no one worked as hard as Sharon did. If the property needed attention she always contacted us and let us know what needed to be done to get the issue resolved. When the house sold she made sure everything came together at closing. It was our pleasure working with Sharon and we are appreciative to have worked with such an outstanding professional.

We discussed our terms of who could live here and it was ignored. Everything from we wanted credit checks and no animals...No animals means two very large pitbulls apparently. We kept trusting Bob who was assuring us the tenant was quality. After the tenant burnt our entire first floor he abandoned the house. After months of asking Bob for rent, that he would not pay out we did some research. Found out the tenant had left months ago and Bob no longer had keys or documents of our agreement. He charged us for work they did not do and if it wasn't for our neighbor calling us to let us know the condition we never would have known. Bob still owes us alot of money and will not return calls or send checks with the right amount on them. This has been the worst experience working with any property management ever and I have worked for a HOA company. Extremely un professional and has added more stress to our lives than you can imagine. STAY AWAY! I will be reporting him to the BBB. This company is robbing people.
