I love this mall! Several stores to choose from. The closest mall to me considering San jacinto mall (need to close immediately) is bout 8 mins away. That crap cannot compare to Deerbrook. Lol. Deerbrook reminds me of Baybrook mall. Never congested with traffic and enough moving space for large crowds.... Love it! read more

I just relocated to Humble and come across this Mall and I like bringing my daughters here to shop, watch movies, grab a bite to eat and hang out a bit... I just like to see more designer wear for men.. The Creole food there is not like New Orleans,LA Creole food taste to it.. read more

Deerbrook Mall is getting worse as far as cleanliness and courtesy. Used to be a nice Mall. Now it is dirty and over crowded with teens. Big hangout on weekends. Disappointed watching it going downhill. read more

I've been going to this mall for a few years and it hasn't been a problem though the stairs are always broken and the wifi there is very terrible, But one of the little stores that has obnoxious and most stubborn people that always come up to you got the cake. I purchased some of Dermalactives products and to be honest I didn't want the products I tried to be nice telling the guy I barely had enough money and was basically forced to buying the products though I told the guy I didn't want to buy them.I also wasn't told that I couldn't refund it and received no receipt, i told my mom and she came back storming an argument with them and all they kept saying was only exchange and didn't receive no money i went from 100 to 14 dollars. read more

One of the best malls out there in the humble area been going there for a while great shops and also has an amc theater and a great food court read more

There was a store in this mall called Best of Canvas and my mom and I wanted to make some portraits with a few pictures we had. It all seemed okay at first, the guy who helped us was awkward and weird but he seemed okay. He charged us $216.50 in total for the prints, and when we came back for them my mom hated them because they looked awful. He said he would try and fix them, he continued to be awkward and hesitant, he seemed off from the start. When my mom came back to pick them up, THE WHOLE STORE WAS GONE. It was off the mall roster, my mom never got her portraits or her money back. They don't even have a yelp page. Don't EVER BUY FROM BEST OF CANVAS!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! WE ARE TRACKING THEM DOWN NOW!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Btw Deerbrook mall is cool. read more

Feels a bit run down. The inside needs a bit of updating. The selection of stores is good but the area seems a bit sketch. I wouldn't go here just to hang out. Would need something specific. read more

The amc movie for black panther went off after previews. They didn't want to give me my money cause they was fixing it. Then the sound wouldn't come on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere, at a Theater that will take care of you. If I would have known I was going to pay 29.87 for food then I would of ordered takeout. read more

The fresh cafe here sent out coupons awhile back in the mail. I wanted to use the coupon that allowed me to get one free smoothie with a panni. Long story short they started saying only one size, and not any of the smoothies on the right side of the board. The coupon didn't say anything like that. So she could have honored it but she choose not to therefore lacking customer service. If you are going to give out coupons make sure you write what you can and can't get. Don't waste my time the food is not that amazing I can go somewhere else. read more

One of the kiosks is running a scam. It's a kiosk near the wig store and they sell hair straighteners. So I made eye contact with one of them passing by (I know big mistake) and immediately she grabbed my hand and pulled me into her chair and told me to be her model. not wanting to be rude and not being in a rush I agreed to listen to her. She began straightening a few strands of my wavy hair and by the time she was done, one section of my hair was completely straight next to the rest of my wavy hair. Then she began curling it and I thought she would stop at the section and but a while later she curled half my hair and asked me for 20 dollars to curl the other half of my hair. So imagine half a person's hair completely curly the other half is very loosely wavy or loosely straight. Then when I refused to pay for it I asked her to redo my hair the way it is she began insulting me and getting aggressive. She made a comment about how my clothes are from Walmart and how I was too cheap to get my hair done from her. At that point it was a matter of principal, I refuse to get my hair did from a person who is sleezy and underhanded like her trying to use peer pressure to get money! And also I was with friends so it's not like I had anyone to look picturesque, they love me regardless of what my hair looks like. I find it absolutely ridiculous and cheap that someone would do this to get money out of you and this girl's clothes may cost a fortune, but she can't buy class! The rest of the mall was great! My friend is trans mtf, and we were buying clothes and wigs for her and one of the stores actually let her use the women's dressing room which made our day! I wish I could give them a shout out! And the girls from th wig store were so nice helping us find wigs for her! If I ever visit that mall again, I'll write individual reviews of the stores I spoke about here, but for now I'll give the place a 3 star but only because 2 of the 3 stores we visited were on point! Deerbrook Mall, I hope you do something about that store. It really cheapens the experience. read more

The mall overall was a 3 but the Thirstys smoothie shop was a 1 they really out here serving spoiled fruit in their smoothies, they really pissed me off. read more

A3R Advanced Electronic Repair has TERRIBLE customer service, the glass on my iPhone was messed up again only 1 week after having them fix it. Then they proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. WASTE OF MONEY. AWFUL SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

DO NOT COME SEE SANTA HERE. They are disorganized and not on time which is extremely frustrating especially with little ones.

Ya'll should check out the photo booth in the Sanrio store (hello kitty store) upstairs next to JC Pennys. It's really cool and great for kids, teens, and adults! You get to take 8 pictures, choose your own backgrounds, choose the best 4, and then decorate it on the computer screen! They're stickers too so I always stick it on the back of my smart phone :) read more

I love the food court because I could eat at almost every restaurant and be happy and have lots of desserts. Also they have great shops and its a nice size. I don't see why people give it such bad reviews. read more

Being new to living in Texas I tried to give Deerbrook Mall many chances. Everytime I went there the traffic outside was crowded. The store hours are never open late. The crowds inside are swarming and it's always hot even when the stores had fans on. I was waiting in line at the food court at a movie for a few minutes. I stared at the food server for a good minute and he saw me there. After he finished helping a customer he didn't even ask me if I needed anything. Then he told me they were closed. That was so rude, he could have had the courtesy to let me know while I was in line. This is what I get for moving to a loser state and living in the middle of nowhere Deerbrook Mall. I will never take my business here again and tell all my friends to stay away. I've lived in California and Minnesota and those malls have real standards compared to the red neck trash at Deerbrook Mall. It's a shame they don't just bulldoze that place to make room for FM1960. read more
