The space is beautiful, with a breathtaking bridal suite and a nice groom's room, separate areas for cocktail hour and formal reception, plenty of parking, pretty spaces indoors and out for photos, and most of all, incredibly helpful staff. The owner, Vicki, went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly, from coordinating with other vendors prior to and during the event, to allowing us to change our bar package multiple times... Vicki even created the gorgeous cake topper in the photo for my sister on the day of her wedding when we realized we didn't have one. Two of Vicki's family members (daughter Nicole and I think daughter in law?) bartended during our event and did a great job. I don't think we made a single request throughout this entire process that Willow Creek said "no" to. They also have an amazing supply of decorations (vases, candles, easels, archways, table numbers, etc.) that you have access to which is a huge money and stress saver! After our event, we didn't need to lift a finger: all of our decorations and belongings were carefully packed up and we just picked them up and were good to go! We are so grateful to have discovered Willow Creek and I highly recommend you host your event there!
