One of the main reasons we booked them was because they were the only catering company we could find that encorporated composting. This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. She and her team replicated our favorite dish from the trip on which we got engaged and it came our delicious! This was such a special option that really set them apart from other caterers. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about how good the food was - some even said they were going to try and replicate it themselves because they enjoyed it that much. Also the bar service was impeccable! Ryan was so wonderful to work with. He helped us create the bar menu to fit all our parents request that still worked in our budget. We gave him a crazy list of 11 pages worth of songs to pick and play from, but my husband, myself and Jim knew that all couldn't be played. So Jim decided during dinner to play some of our songs that we had on our list! Jim did such an outstanding job for our ceremony music, introductions and reception! Everything went really well! Jim did a great job at feeling out the vibe of everyone and played what songs some people requested and what he felt like were going to vibe well. My husband and I felt that Jim did a great job and he went above and beyond our expectations. Funny thing is Go Sound System did my Dad's and Stepmom's wedding back in 2005! I am so glad I went with go sound! It didn't sound like a night club and each song was played through!! THEN when the party bus was supposed to pick us up at 10 they didn't get there until 1230 the place we were at closed so we had to wait outside then the driver was RUDE to us as if we inconvenienced him. I also asked david E to redo my video because it was horrible he said he couldnt because he didn't have time and the footage was lost anyways. Maybe if he wasn't hitting on my grandmother the whole time he could have done a better job. I would NEVER recommend his services for anything he was absolutely horrible.
