I moved away, and my area doesn't have a Vitamin Shoppe nearby. I was in town recently for work and decided to stop in- and it was just as impressive as I remembered. I bought a few bars as well as some Lenny and Larry's cookies. I think they're the only place in Florence that carries each variety. I prefer Vitamin Shoppe over the other big-box supplement store in Florence, as the employees here aren't out to make a sale and are super helpful if you don't know what you need. The selection of bars and sports nutrition products are great- including running fuels and recovery options like protein bars. I saw quite a few bar options there that I haven't seen in other stores. They also have a nice discount cart at the front of the store with products that will expire soon (usually about a month away), so always check that too. Vitamin Shoppe also has great sales and a FREE rewards program to earn points and coupons.

Every customer I have ever seen walk into the shop while I was there got treated with the same kindness from David. I found the best multi-vitamin when I started going there. It beats any other multi-vitamin I've tried from any other place. I could really feel the difference shortly after switching to Life Fortune multi-vitamin. They are a bit pricey, but so very worth it!!! There are many things in David's shop, and if you're in doubt about something or have any questions, David is happy to help. I have picked up some lovely lavender oil there as well as some other things along the way. I have never had a complaint about any product from the Vitamin Shoppe, and have recommended it to many people over the last several years. I don't stop in as often these days as I stay so busy and the shop is about 35 minutes from home. I wish David had a shop in little Clover/York area.

This is a great location due to the always CLEAN food prep, common and bathroom areas. Also, the staff are always kind, polite and efficient from the moment you walk in to when they hand over our order. We appreciate the hard work they put in to keep this place looking, smelling and feeling great. We've been here numerous times since one of our own business locations is nearby. A cool, fresh smoothie is one of our go-tos for long days at work. My fave is the Metabolism Boost® Mango Ginger, and I request a scoop of protein, which costs about $10 total. I also love the Original High Protein Chocolate. I like that these taste yummy and they are in my mind, a healthier choice than a same-sized chocolate ice cream shake. Super thick and tasty! Parking is at a premium at this location during peak hours, since it is shared with numerous other businesses in a strip mall. There is a bit of parking around back if you don't mind walking around to the front. Drive-thru is easy-peasy, quick and easy, again, thanks to team members that are on-point. The store has a bright atmosphere, the music level is not to loud/just right, staff make the place feel welcoming. There is a great variety of smoothies, as well as other fast-fuel, healthier choices such as protein cookies, smoothie bowls and jerky. Wheelchair accessibility is good (parking spot/ramp). 2 thumbs up.

We arrived 30 minutes after the order was placed and when we got there she was talking to, presumably, a friend and only 4 smoothies were done. Vania then chastised us for placing a "catering order" online instead of coming into the store and waiting for her to make them. She repeatedly and rudely told us that we did not do properly order our smoothies and that we messed up her orders. There was no one in the drive through or anyone else, aside from her friend, in the store. We went because we had a gift card and my family and I will definitely not be going back. Terrible customer service. Vania was unnecessarily rude to us when we apologized for not placing the order and she ignore us when we thanked her for making the smoothies.

As we know, preworkout generally is a 30 day supply.. so I went to open up my second container this morning to find the vacuum seal inefficient resulting in the whole product clumping up like a rock. No big deal, I'll just take it back and exchange I thought. When I get to the store tonight I show it to the cashier and he said no problem, let me get my manager to help you. When the manager came out he didn't even make eye contact with me, instead he asked for my phone number just so he could go into the system to find day I purchased it so that he could tell me it was outside of their 30 day window and there wasn't anything he could do. No apologies for the faulty product or anything, mind you I've spent hundreds of dollars here over the course of a few months. Horrible customer service and an even worse exchange policy. It's cheaper to get the product straight from the website anyway, so that is what I will be doing from now on. Shameful

I was in the Shoppe with my hubby, who does take vitamins and supplements though. Charlie came over and asked if I needed anything and I said no. After discussing what he knows about it, I decided to try it. Within 4 days, I could feel a difference. I am so grateful for how the Plnt Black Seed Oil has helped me, so I now take the same brand multi and stress support. I couldn't be happier now to take daily vitamins and supplements.
