The glass…read moredoor too is always clean when we visit (seems like an odd thing, but so many restos can have super-gross glass doors and that is a turn off.) Also, the staff are always kind, polite and efficient from the moment you walk in to when they hand over our order. We appreciate the hard work they put in to keep this place looking, smelling and feeling great. We've been here numerous times since one of our own business locations is nearby. A cool, fresh smoothie is one of our go-tos for long days at work. My fave is the Metabolism Boost® Mango Ginger, and I request a scoop of protein, which costs about $10 total. I also love the Original High Protein Chocolate. I like that these taste yummy and they are in my mind, a healthier choice than a same-sized chocolate ice cream shake. Super thick and tasty! Parking is at a premium at this location during peak hours, since it is shared with numerous other businesses in a strip mall. There is a bit of parking around back if you don't mind walking around to the front. Drive-thru is easy-peasy, quick and easy, again, thanks to team members that are on-point. The store has a bright atmosphere, the music level is not to loud/just right, staff make the place feel welcoming. There is a great variety of smoothies, as well as other fast-fuel, healthier choices such as protein cookies, smoothie bowls and jerky. Wheelchair accessibility is good (parking spot/ramp). 2 thumbs up.

We arrived 30 minutes after the order was placed and when we got there she was talking to, presumably, a friend and only 4 smoothies were done. Vania then chastised us for placing a "catering order" online instead of coming into the store and waiting for her to make them. She repeatedly and rudely told us that we did not do properly order our smoothies and that we messed up her orders. There was no one in the drive through or anyone else, aside from her friend, in the store. We went because we had a gift card and my family and I will definitely not be going back. Terrible customer service. Vania was unnecessarily rude to us when we apologized for not placing the order and she ignore us when we thanked her for making the smoothies.

As we know, preworkout generally is a 30 day supply.. so I went to open up my second container this morning to find the vacuum seal inefficient resulting in the whole product clumping up like a rock. No big deal, I'll just take it back and exchange I thought. When I get to the store tonight I show it to the cashier and he said no problem, let me get my manager to help you. When the manager came out he didn't even make eye contact with me, instead he asked for my phone number just so he could go into the system to find day I purchased it so that he could tell me it was outside of their 30 day window and there wasn't anything he could do. No apologies for the faulty product or anything, mind you I've spent hundreds of dollars here over the course of a few months. Horrible customer service and an even worse exchange policy. It's cheaper to get the product straight from the website anyway, so that is what I will be doing from now on. Shameful
