I have proof of everything. Please shut these jokers down. The old address for the MD on his medical license was linked to a warehouse in Dallas. Shady operation. Avoid at all cost!! Please see pictures below- the doctor on file overseeing clinic is NOT a Psychiatrists and does not even operate his home office in Texas. He is a family practice doctor. See pictures below for his license. He over see's 5-7 NP's per state accross multiple states. I was told by Aura they had a Psychiatrists on file over seeing care. They lied. The state of Texas allows brand new PMHNP fresh out of school to practice without oversite from actual Psychiatrists. They don't even allow DOCTORS to practice that way. I filed a complaint with medical board and had care terminated next day rather then them transferring care to someone more qualified. I was in the middle of a crisis with immune system attacking itself as a result of a drug the NP refused to adjust. I was given a medication that I had a horrible immune reaction to- and because of the inexperience of the NP and lack of quality oversight a severe reaction was missed that sent me to hospital 5x in a period of two months. Prior to the incident the NP insisted I stay on meds for 2 months even though I was struggling to tolerate drug and had requested more time to adjust and lower doses. After my immune system crashed I ran from Doctor to Doctor (roughly 15 in total) trying to understand why I was so sick. Not only did the NP not believe I was Ill they essentially blamed me and made snarky comments about me not actually being sick. I am in the process of getting let go from job because they did not facilitate a transfer to another physician to facilitate leave prior to terminating care. They delayed releases of medical records several times, insisted I take medication under duress of ending care if I didn't listen, and required I go for drug testing (which I passed) in the middle of running from doctor to doctor getting ill. I have 100's of messages telling them I was getting ill and going to ER- none of which is in my records. I've never felt so gas lit. The NP deserves to lose her job. New or not she should have caught reaction. I came to her so many times telling her how sick I was and she never told me my drug could cause this. She just sat there and watched me get ill then tried to cover it up. I wouldn't trust them. I am in process of taking legal action.

On at least 2 occasions, they have failed to send me a link in a timely manner and the link is only sent to my phone. The latest appointment was for 6pm. No appointment link was sent until after 6pm, after I had scoured my emails and their on-line portal looking for a link, and I had received an email with a newly scheduled appointment for a different day. I ended up being charged for the full appointment. I'll make different arrangements for my mental health care in the future.

One suggested Family Wellness Center, and when I confirmed they take my insurance, I made an appointment. The $75 deposit was a little weird, but they kept their promise and refunded the money once I had my first appointment. My initial appointment was in-person, but subsequent appointments have been virtual. Kathryn Granados was just what I needed in a professional. She had empathy, listened to my needs, and worked with me to find a medical plan that would suit me best. She didn't try to push SSRI or SNRI meds on me like the last place, or try to prescribe blood pressure medicine to treat anxiety. She prescribed what I actually needed; nothing more, nothing less. She also confirmed my suspicions and diagnosed me with PTSD. She has a plan ready to go in case I need additional help with my nightmares, but we are testing the current medicine regimen to determine our next steps. Best of all, she always spends at LEAST 30 minutes with me, unlike the last place where anything more than five minutes made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I'm looking forward to getting back on track with Family Wellness Center.

We took our child here for adhd testing. I don't understand why it had to be three appointments…read morelong. One to meet the parents. One to test the child. And one for the results. I felt this was excessive. For the child's appointment/ testing, you have to sit there on the small waiting room for two hours. They don't want you to leave even though you won't see your child. Another office visit and copay 2 weeks later to get the results instead of mailing the findings to you or the doc, or discussing them over the phone. And she didn't even diagnose ODD which we are positive he has, only the ADHD. My child refuses to listen and fights us every step of the way. He will always do the opposite of what he's asked to do and doesn't respect authority. I'm not paying another copy and office visit to have her look again. . She also scored my child low in some areas and said he was at this grade level and at this many months. But that's right where he is supposed to be! He scored low in the areas he's good at in school and high in areas that he's bad at in school. My child's teacher and I didn't understand this either. Oh and if you're one minute late and in the parking lot, they will call you. Give me five before you call lol

In June 2025 and December 2025, I had two carotid ultrasounds completed at AIM Primary Care by a…read moremobile stenographer. Both of these showed moderate to severe carotid stenosis in both arteries. I was told to double my statin dose and repeat in six months. Due to several reasons I did not feel like I was getting adequate service at this clinic and left to another PCM. I just had a repeat carotid ultrasound in June 2026 conducted at STRIC which showed I have no stenosis in either of my carotids. As this condition is not reversible either this result or the two previous results had to be incorrect. Today I had a consultation with a vascular surgeon who redid the ultrasound again and determined the recent scan I had STRIC was correct and I have no signs of carotid stenosis. So therefore, I have endured over a year of stress worrying about the implications of this disease for no reason as well as being put on more medication I did not need. In rereading my two ultrasounds reports from AIM it appears they were both done by the same technician and both apparently only reviewed/interpreted by Dr. Gerineni. So I'm not sure who did not conduct or interpret things properly but the vascular surgeon I saw said someone was not experienced enough and she was upset on my behalf. My suggestion to future patients with potential carotid or other serious issues needing scans would be to request they be conducted at an outside radiology clinic.

The room and entire hospital was clean and comfortable. The nursing staff went above and beyond in their care of my husband's every needs. The whole staff of Warm Springs made us feel safe and secure in their care of both of us. I was included in all decisions of his care, and his Threapy. He was finally diagnosed with Dementia and Dr. Patrick Malory was wonderful at treating him and watching him as he added a new medication. That kind of hands on care is exactly what we should expect from all Doctors. I met some truly wonderful people from housekeeping to cafeteria and Nursing.
