Shortly after they did the work, we visited the site, and discovered that they had completely ripped out the existing alarm panel (which was not necessary at all for the scope of work we requested). They asked for additional money to put the system they destroyed back together. Once I did, I discovered that they had not correctly installed ANY of the sensors I paid them to install -- not a single sensor had the magnet needed for the reed switch to function correctly. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they informed me the magnets would have been part of a later step, and they'd be happy to do the work if I paid them more money. Now I'm out thousands of dollars and don't have a working system. Extremely shady and unethical business, I refuse to ever do business with them again.
