Always on time & very courteous. A little pricy, but we'll worth it. So many house cleaning companies in Jax do not communicate properly, not show up on time, and charge too much; more per hour than I made with two-master degrees per hour!

EverBright…read moreresponded quickly quoted me $150 to remove the oil stain which is the most affordable quote I was able to find. They scheduled a time to come by the property and completed the job quickly and sent me before and after pictures. It looks amazing! The driveway is brick which means the oil was able to really get into the porous material, but they worked some kind of magic and removed the stain. They kept in communication at all times and had easy payment options! I will definitley use EverBright if I'm in need of pressure washing/cleaning services in the future!

Sunil (the owner) showed up and walked around the property with me taking note of any areas of concern. I was impressed that he even took photos of how my furniture and plants were placed on the patio so that as he moved things for the pressure washing, he could put them back in their appropriate place. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in cleaning the patio even noticing that my outdoor dining table and furniture covers had pollen and mildew on them and took time to treat those as well! Even though I had been doing this cleaning every year in the past, this is by far the best it has ever looked! He was fantastic and I will absolutely be using this company every year going forward! Can't recommend highly enough!

Sarah's words ring in my head, we aren't here to just you. We are here to help. When I got home I said how can you talk shit about me and my house? That's why your here to help me, not judge me. $4700 is a lot of money to have them talking about me. I called Sarah, I asked her to come by my house. I said I have issues to talk to her about. I wanted her to see what was done and not done. She said she had a meeting and couldn't come. She was going to have Galahad call me. I wanted her to see, I signed the contract with her.. She didn't care about my call. After all she was paid. I had to give her half down and had my credit card information. I would never EVER recommend this company. They didn't clean, they just tossed away dozens of items without asking.. I sent them a letter then a email about what wasn't done and what was thrown away with out approval. I was expecting a refund for what wasn't done. They offered $250. That doesn't begin to cover there negligence and/or the lack of completing my job. Galahad said he was a US Marine. I come from a Marine family. I told him if you can't trust a Marine who can you trust. For the first time in my 67 years I was let down by a Marine. There is no refund, no apologies.. Just took the money and ran.
