This past Sunday, I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight pockets and dropped them a line asking that they please call me, because of my mistake. I received a call the next day, Monday, letting me know that they had already found the weight pockets I needed, even though they weren't listed on their site, and they could have them sent out that same day. Here it is Thursday morning and my weight pockets have arrived, as well as stickers and lollipops. I look forward to purchasing more gear from Woodlands Dive Center in the future.

Beatrix was so sweet and understanding and encouraging, giving us advice about safety and signs to use to signal if there is an issue like leg cramps. I have my daughter in many activities and this experience was best in class with Jeff & Chris @ Maximum Scuba. They made it fun, educational and still got across the seriousness and importance of the key aspects of scuba diving. They had students performing all kinds of skills over and above what is required solely to help them learn and build confidence to face whatever they may while diving. With me as an experienced diver, they let me stay with her the entire time in the pool and participate in whatever I wanted. They could not have been more accommodating to me if they tried and it meant a lot. Unfortunately in today's society finding really good experiences can be hit or miss based on the folks passion and commitment to providing a memorable experience. We were wanting a great all inclusive adult resort for our ten year anniversary and Tahnee…read moresuggested El Dorado Maroma. When she told us about the beach bungalows, "Palafitos," we were sold. She was able to make two different reservations since we stayed at the resort and Palifitos, but tie the reservations for a seamless transfer. I usually book trips on my own, but Tahnee had access to booking the Palifitos before they were even built and the public had access. Sometimes it's more advantageous to go through a travel agent! She found us the best deal including transfers, too. We have had many transfers to and from resorts/airports and this was the most seamless transfer so far. Tahnee was easy to work with and always on top of it which I appreciated because I am the same way! We would definitely use Tahnee at Fox Travel again and so should you.
