I actually felt compelled to do a Yelp review because like her, I've been a LONGGGG time patient of theirs. To be specific, since about 2001 when I was still in college. My dad introduced me to them light years ago when they were located near the Quincy YMCA. I've gotten to know him and his wife, Christine over the years and I will vouch that you will not find a more honest, thorough and professional practice around the Quincy area. There's something to say about not changing dentists for over 18 years! They are very invested in their community and the long term relationship with their patients so they would never gouge anyone on any procedures that would be deemed unnecessary. For a person like me who came from humble beginnings, this office showed me so much hospitality and grace back then, the very least I could do is give them a great Yelpy Yelp :)

I started coming to Dr. Song back in 2012 and have always been comfortable with him and everyone in the office. One of the staff in the front always remembers me when I say my name on the phone even after 6 months of not seeing me! That is great customer service! I recently had a change of insurance so sadly I have to find a new dentist though I was very sad to find this out!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Song as I been slowly getting less cavities with his help and guidance! He has done cleanings, root canals, and fillings on me. Best part is he is opened on Saturdays!

Don't get me wrong Dr. AlWazzan's office is VERY professional, but I just feel very comfortable when I am there. I usually get my cleanings done from Priscilla, who is always gentle and calm and makes sure the procedures are thorough and painless. I have yet to go in for a teeth repair, which I really need to do, but I can say as far as teeth cleanings go, I wouldn't trust anyone else's dentist office. I chatted with her a little bit, and I noticed she works 6 days a week, and she joked that she's a workaholic, but then added that she also loves what she does. I asked her what she likes about being a dental hygienist, and she said she likes interacting with her patients and seeing them leave with clean teeth. I am impressed with her work ethic and care for her patients, and enjoying what she does. Because I believe when someone loves their job, the quality of work is much much higher! I highly highly recommend her :)

I said I felt like one of my top teeth may need to be filled because there seems to be a groove in it that may lead to decay - he studied the tooth and said it is actually a very healthy tooth and didn't need any alteration. There were no surprises - just wonderful work and kindness. Recently I went in to have my teeth cleaned and Rebecca did an awesome job. If you are looking for a great team to take care of your mouth in an honest, competent way I HIGHLY recommend Dr Dong and his team.

I Would Not Recommend due to Extremely Poor Communication…read more After my initial X-ray visit, I was told the doctor would contact me virtually to review the results since I'm not local. When I didn't receive a call, I followed up and spoke with Miranda and the experience was incredibly frustrating. She was extremely difficult. Instead of helping, she was combative and dismissive. We went back and forth on the phone for about seven minutes over a simple request: arranging the follow-up call I had already been told to expect. I had to ask multiple times before she finally agreed to have the doctor call me directly. When I asked when I could expect the call, she told me the doctor is "busy all day, every day" and couldn't provide even a general timeframe. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. I completely understand that doctors are busy but basic communication and courtesy should still apply. This interaction made an already stressful situation worse. I hope management addresses how patients are spoken to, because no one should have to push this hard just to receive follow-up.

Dr. Pham cares about your overall health and wellbeing, she even arranged extra time to sit with me and chat about other issues related to sleep and breathing (all important to oral health). Overall my experiences at Dental1 have been great, the office is so cozy with a welcoming and helpful staff. I always look forward to coming for my appointments. I've also grown an affinity with watching home renovation shows now because it was always on the screens when I'm in the dental chair.

It is 11:38 and she finally got called to the back room. The worst part about it all is she's only here for a consult and not any dental procedures yet. The look of the place is very small and there is only 6 seats on the waiting area and this place tends to fill up fast. The people are also very shady looking and overall the place is a very negative and not very clean space. The only positive thing about this dental place is the service of the lady at the front desk she is very sweet and has good manners. Otherwise all the other workers are very quiet and they just walk around randomly while people are waiting to be called in and the place is filling up. They tend to be kind of lazy instead of serving everyone paying them. Overall would not recommend Diamond Dental for a regular dentist. If you think about coming here please think about it carefully.

The only thing positive I can say about this dental office is the location in Quincy. It's right on…read morethe busy road and parking isn't terribly difficult. Now on to the not so good. Walking in, the office wasn't as clean as I'd like and I should have listened to my gut then. However, I gave them a chance and proceeded with my teeth cleaning. The entire process was harsh and painful. The dentist will jam your gums with her scraper until it bleeds. Now, I understand if someone had weak gums, but I have gone to the dentist twice every year since I was a little kid and never had a problem with my oral hygiene. Not a happy camper. On top of that, the dentist claimed there were two cavities that needed to be filled. I'm glad I trusted my gut in this case. She kept pushing for me to schedule another appointment, but I wanted to get a second opinion, especially since I had not had cavities since I was small. Again, good oral hygiene. So, I went to another dentist, and the other dentist was shocked that I was diagnosed with two cavities. She double checked my teeth and told me there was nothing there and pointed it out in my x-rays. Please, if you are thinking about going here, do reconsider.
