One of the stylists broke my hair off and when I asked her about it she became extremely agitated. Obviously this person is not mature enough to deal with the public. I've never had someone raise their voice at a salon. After the incident, she was not reprimanded and she still works there. I think they are so in need of employees that they will take anyone. Stay away from the salon unless you want broken, fried hair and a tongue lashing from some very unprofessional characters.
