AMAZING! By far, the BEST full body massage I have ever experienced. My appointment was very last minute, currently in last stages of packing for our move out of state in 6 days. My stress and pain level was at an all-time high. Two hours later I walked out feeling fantastic. All the aches and pains throughout my body were gone. All the pent up stress and tension was gone. And I sleep through the night for the first in over a month. Call them! Make an appointment! You will be glad you did. read more

I went in for a one hour massage, which I was able to schedule the night before. It was nice that they had availability. The woman at the front was nice, and had me fill out a form and draw where exactly I had the most pain and wanted them to focus; which I said was my lower back and glutes. Once I was laying on the table, the owner came in and very quickly talked me into a "patch" treatment, with a 30 minute massage. An extra $20. I really tried to say no, but she pushed that the massage wouldn't be enough and I gave in. The "patches" were pieces of masking tape with seeds and herbs under them, taped onto my hands. $50!! When that was over, the massage finally started, and the majority was on my shoulders. I kept commenting that my sciatica was bad, and the few moments she did my lower back I was saying it was nice and to do more, saying repeatedly that that's what hurt. She continued doing my shoulders. I was honestly relieved when it was over, and when I stood up to get dressed, my lower back was somehow stiffer, and had barely been touched. I tried to get dressed without messing up the tape on my hands, without success. When I went to pay, I was visibly confused and upset, and was asked "how much tip"? I have never in my life not tipped, but I was going to. I gave her a $10. Then the owner came to the front and saw I was upset and gave me a partial refund, which I did genuinely appreciate. Even with the money back, I feel like I wasted money and time, and my back still kills. What's the point of the form before the appointment if you're not going to massage where I said I wanted? The ladies were both very sweet, and I am thankful for the refund for the "patches", but I won't be back. read more

No one here asked my name or offered their name so for the purpose of the review it will just be she or they as I don't know anyone's names. I scheduled an appointment online with Blue Sky a few days prior to coming in. My appointment was for 1 pm, I arrived 5 mins before this and waited in the lobby. When someone came to the desk they seemed surprised I was there and asked if I had an appointment which I told them I did. They motioned for me to sign in on a tablet that had very little paperwork and pre - information spots available. Only thing I could do was pick areas to focus on and sign. Did not include anywhere for medical concerns or areas to avoid. The woman at the front desk was rushing me through this process as well. I was then told it would be a 20 min wait while leading me to the room. I agreed that was okay. She instructed me to go ahead and take off my clothes and wait on the massage table then left. I waited there on the table for 45 mins listening to very loud music that personally was not my taste and was not peaceful. After 45 mins someone finally came in and said sorry for the wait and put heated bags on my upper back and lower back and said it would be another 5 mins. 15 mins later (1 hr from my scheduled appointment time) the massage therapist came in - I do not know her name either. She asked me how long I wanted the massage and then as soon as she got started asked how it was but then no further interactions. The music during the massage was a little more soothing except for the fact that it kept skipping or getting turned on and off randomly. The massage itself was relaxing but it did feel very generic and was not tailored to any of my specific needs. When I was told it was done I noticed that my time was cut short by 10 mins. I was left alone to get changed and I went up front to pay. I was offered water when leaving which I appreciated. No offer was made to try and mitigate the long wait time and I paid full price for everything. I even tipped when paying for the massage and left cash tip for the massage therapist because I believe in doing so for any service work. It just would have been higher had I had an overall good experience which I unfortunately did not. read more

Customer service is AWFUL, but massages alone are GREAT! First off, do not make appointments via their website. They don't pay any attention to that and will likely tell you when you come in that you need to come back another time. I had a free day, so I came back one hour later when I was told this. Also, on the website you are given the option of which massage therapist you want and what type of massage, when in reality there is no choice about the massage therapist (it's whoever happens to be free), and the website says the massages are $60, but they are actually $70. The massage alone was great, I really enjoyed it. After the massage came the moment to pay. As someone who currently does not have a job and is running low on money, I tipped 17%. Normally I would tip 10%-15%, so 17% is generous for me. The woman at the counter looked confusedly at my receipt, started speaking in Chinese to her coworker, and then when I asked if there was an issue she pointed at the tip and said in broken English that it should have been 20%. This was ridiculously irritating to me and I wish I could have just given no tip in that instance, but I had already paid. I politely explained to her that 10% was normal for me and that 17% is a large tip to me. Then I walked out the door. Not the best way to end a massage--I don't think I will be returning. read more

I've now been four times and highly, highly recommend anyone in pain go see Rosy. I've had two semi-chronic issues that other practitioners haven't been able to alleviate and Rosy sincerely did. I was skeptical at first about the hand therapy but it's amazing how effectively it (somehow) relaxed my body enough for the deep and varied massage techniques to help. I recommend people consult with Rosy and give it a try. As with everything, you have to be open for something to work. I was out of necessity and I am so glad/grateful for it. To be out of pain and have more energy feels almost miraculous. I'd also like to comment on the negative reviews. I am 100% certain Rosy wants more than anything for someone to feel better, and her prices for what she gives (and her experience) are much too low. I've seen many people take advantage of her generosity and her policy of having people come back for free if they're not satisfied. It's sad. She is not at all about the money; I'm confident that if there was a *sincere* issue it was a misunderstanding and she would work through it with you. I would also say that if you only want a simple service and don't want her to go too deep then let her know beforehand or, better yet, schedule with someone else so she can focus her time on people who need a higher level of help. She is open to that conversation - she wants people to be happy with her/their service. And the language can be a barrier if too rushed - make sure you're clear about the treatment you want and your expectations. But again I would recommend being open to her advice and to the hand-herb therapy - I'm sure she'd even let you try it for free or at a reduced price. As a former athlete who has seen many quality practitioners of all kinds in the past, I was amazed at how effective it is and want to research more so I can understand it better. In my opinion, it's much better than paying for overrated doctors (not al but many!) and easy and expensive meds with side effects. Sometimes they're necessary but often not, in my experience. If you're in pain or struggling with something, again, I would say be open and give it a try. You might be very pleasantly surprised like I was. Very thankful to feel healthier and more energetic again! read more

Had a chair massage and Jason was amazing. Have pain and tightness in neck and upper back. Came home and made an appointment for next week .

I went to this location today at 3:30 pm 4/26/2022 asked for a 1hour massage for a pinched nerve in my back. 20 minutes into working on my back the masseuse stopped and attempted to upsell me on hand patch reflexology. I explained that I do not believe in eastern medicine and I do not wish to have that. She began to argue with me so I asked her to leave the room so that I could get dressed and go. I've been to this spa for a massage before and never experienced this behavior. I attempted seven times to ask the masseuse her name she refused to give it to me. I will be contacting the owner of the business or they can reach out to me. But until this kind of behavior is resolved I cannot recommend this business read more

I've visited the spa twice and had two different masseuse massage me. Both are top notch. The decorations inside are beautiful and entice relaxation. The music was soothing and sounded like Asian language female singers. It was wonderful. The smell inside is aromatic and also entice relaxation. Both massages were a little different however resulted in the desired effect of relaxing muscles and relieving tension. I love the style as they don't miss any spots. It's amazing how much tension we hold on our heads and faces. I highly recommend stopping into the spa. They have Groupons ever so often and have a discount for new visitors :) read more

This was my first experience with foot reflexology, so I had little idea what to expect. I have MS and my feet are in constant discomfort, so I thought I'd try it. When I got there, there was a bit of confusion and I ended up lying down for a full body massage. Not really what I'd come for, but it would be nice working out other knots on top of the painful feet, so I went with it. The young lady did a great job. But when she wrapped it up without paying much attention to my feet, I was a bit disappointed. I just figured I'd work out the details next time and went on my way. An hour later the foot reflexologist, having talked to the masseuse and realized the error, called me up, invited me back in for a free foot massage. Further, when I hurried back, she took her time to understand my needs, give me a fantastic foot massage, coach me on better care and obviously stayed late to do all of it, going well over the stated half-hour and showing a genuine concern for my well-being the entire time. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced and staffed by a fantastically capable and dedicated group of individuals. I just could not have asked for a better experience! read more

I came in on a Saturday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 6:30 for a massage. I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and it almost looked like they were closing. I went inside and was asked if I wanted to book an appointment. I told the woman no, that I had an appointment for a massage at 6:30....she looked confused and told me the person just left that would have done my massage and asked me if I wanted to wait 15 to 20 minutes for her to come back. While she asked me this, she was trying to get into their computer and kept saying she didnt know how to use it or get into the scheduling system. I was just irritated, and the whole time she was speaking in a different language to some man who was there, I'm assuming he worked there as it seemed they were trying to figure out what to do. I just told them I'm leaving, they made no attempt to re schedule me for another time or to make it right. They just let me leave. I thought it was very poor customer service. I wont be returning. read more
