The woman at the front was nice, and had me fill out a form and draw where exactly I had the most pain and wanted them to focus; which I said was my lower back and glutes. Once I was laying on the table, the owner came in and very quickly talked me into a "patch" treatment, with a 30 minute massage. An extra $20. I really tried to say no, but she pushed that the massage wouldn't be enough and I gave in. The "patches" were pieces of masking tape with seeds and herbs under them, taped onto my hands. $50!! When that was over, the massage finally started, and the majority was on my shoulders. I kept commenting that my sciatica was bad, and the few moments she did my lower back I was saying it was nice and to do more, saying repeatedly that that's what hurt. She continued doing my shoulders. I was honestly relieved when it was over, and when I stood up to get dressed, my lower back was somehow stiffer, and had barely been touched. I tried to get dressed without messing up the tape on my hands, without success. When I went to pay, I was visibly confused and upset, and was asked "how much tip"? I have never in my life not tipped, but I was going to. I gave her a $10. Then the owner came to the front and saw I was upset and gave me a partial refund, which I did genuinely appreciate. Even with the money back, I feel like I wasted money and time, and my back still kills. What's the point of the form before the appointment if you're not going to massage where I said I wanted? The ladies were both very sweet, and I am thankful for the refund for the "patches", but I won't be back.

She worked on my face, neck, and feet as well as my calves which really needed it from horseback riding. I am an athlete (archery, dance, and running) with chronic pain in my neck, hip and shoulders and this massage helped alleviate all of that. I walked home since I live near and felt so good afterward and noticed my mobility was quite improved. I had 0 issues and will be returning regularly! I have been going there for 6 years now. Just recently I started to work out again in my ...elder age...and was having an issue with my shoulder where I could not lift my arm for a couple months. She identified that I had a tight bicep whose ligament is attached up in the shoulder, gave me stretches to do after the massage, and ta-da! All better. Lori's massages are very custom to your body. Every day a person's body is holding itself a little different due to whatever it has been doing and she will identify problem areas easily. It is not just the same massage day over day. This is one of the things I like best. I can rest assured that she will find the issues. Seriously, she will take care of whatever problem area you have, will be quiet if that is what you like, ...sometimes I go to sleep.

I went to her location on Zeolite, which was a beautiful drive on the outskirts of Corvallis. Andrea was amazing! She took her time getting to know me and explained the types of massage and benefits of each. I decided to try a Shiatsu massage, despite my hesitation to try something different. I'm so glad I did! It by far exceeded my expectations, and honestly was the best treatment I have ever had. Andrea combines aromatherapy, acupressure, energy work and massage all into one.
