Under the aquarium, there was dog food spilled everywhere and dried slobber. As I walked back to my room for my massage, I actually tripped over a dog toy. My massage therapist just played it off. With sore shoulders and back, I was hoping my experience would improve. Massage was two out of 10 While my massage was going on, the dog started barking. At my sessions, all the trouble spots get worked and I always leave in a much better state than when I walked in. The deep tissue work is excellent. The location is easily accessible if you live anywhere on or near Capitol Hill and still totally worth it if you need to come from further away. For the outstanding level of service you get, the prices are very reasonable. While insurance is accepted, my plan does not offer this benefit so paying out of pocket seems to work just fine.

I have been to other places but none are as good as Gretchen is. I first came you Gretchen for a torn rotator cuff issue. She had me back with motion in two treatments. It feels great. She has a gentle touch and a very calm vioce. I took my husband here for his neck. He jumped out if an escavator on a job site and and twisted it to the point he could not turn it to side. She fixed him up with one treatment. Then I took him back again for his elbows. The Dr wanted to give him cortisone shots like they had done before. But I convinced him to go back to Gretchen and she took care if both elbow with no cortisone in 2 treatments. That was sober a year ago and still no pain. We love her and drive 3 1/2 hours to see her. She is worth it.
