I was looking for Scott's seed and to my amazement I was informed that they have seed formulated for our area. Wait ... what? 1st: I've never heard of such. 2nd: Where have you been all of my life (well atleast my adult homeowner life)? I explained to the young lady what my issue was in my yard and purchased the seed she recommended and a bale of hay. The young lady was extremely nice and explained the different variations to me as well prior to purchase. Value: well $3.99/lb was a bit pricey when I can get a 10 pound bag of Scott's for $11.99 at Ace Hardware. I am keeping in mind several things: This is a Mom & Pop shop (support of locally owned businesses), the seeds by Scott's are mass produced (made for any and all areas) and lastly this seed is "supposed" to produced for Indiana (that's got to be good, right). So with all of that being stated of course I'm taking the plunge and if it works I'll definitely be back. I'm really excited about it and hoping to see those bare spots in my yard fill in. Trees of all shapes and sizes are $40 - and payments are slipped through a collection box. This is of course cash-only. Saws, string for tie-downs, and tree netting are available to help cutting and transport be a little easier. It's so nice to know we're supporting a local business and our tree looks beautiful. We'll be back again next year!

I saw this shop the other day when I was in town but didn't have time to stop then so I made a stop this time. Lots of different types of items as they have booths. Some of the prices were reasonable and others I found high. Which I seem to think happens every time you have a building that has boots so there are different vendors doing the pricing. It is worth taking a look. The people that work there were real nice and didn't walk around and bother you.

Went same day minutes before they closed and bought in a rush.. only to find out after I purchased that it wasn't the same as listed in photo. I messaged him as soon as I got home then went back the next day to return. He told me the listing was from 2.5 years ago and treated me like I was stupid for thinking I was buying the same set advertised and refused to refund. My only option was to return and pay him 20% restock fee then receive store credit for something else. Big regret doing business with this guy. Had he replied the truth to me, I would not have went. Lesson learned and trust lost.

They had no problem selling a family member a faulty appliance, and that's where everything fell apart. The appliance delivered was not the one that was purchased, and when the mistake was brought to their attention, they were absolutely useless in resolving it. Travis was "too busy" every time, offering excuse after excuse instead of a solution. His wife, on the other hand, completely lost her composure. I personally witnessed the phone call and was shocked by her behavior--unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. I would genuinely recommend picking up a dirty appliance off the curb before ever doing business with these people. Disgusting behavior and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Once we got it home, it was determined the new fireplace wouldn't work for our space and we had to return it. They are charging a 20% restocking fee!!! Never once did they say anything about it being a "custom order/20% restocking fee." I tried to understand why the restocking fee; they said it was to mail the fireplace back. WAIT!!?? It's going to cost them $500 to mail it back to the manufacturer?? I offered to pay the shipping to return it to the manufacturer if that was the issue. They weren't interested in that; they want to collect their $500 "RESTOCKING FEE." We have done a lot of business with this place in the past. In fact, this past Spring, we purchased a large chimenea that is already cracked straight up the middle. It's ready for the trash. This place sure has gone downhill over the last 5 years that we've made purchases with them.

There were some carnival rides available to ride and they seemed to be a bit old, outdated. The fall festival is definitely geared towards children and we didn't find many adult activities available. A couple of weeks later she and I returned to the Mooresville location which is located on State Road 67 on the southbound side of the road between the light at TOA and the light at Old 67. We met with an employee who gave us a lot of facts and figures and more to think about. He also had a list of current inventory at all three locations. The size and style we were considering, the wood A frame (no loft) with the nine foot garage door, was in stock at the Martinsville location. The Martinsville location is located on the 39 bypass just past the light leading to downtown if coming from Hwy 67. My sister, her husband and I decided to go look at that specific unit at the Martinsville location. I like the way they leave all their buildings unlocked so you can shop without an employee being on site. That unit turned out to be four feet longer than what we originally wanted. Each unit has the price posted inside with a few rent to own payment options listed as well. We decided the extra four feet would probably come in handy later on and decided to go with a unit that was in stock rather than wait for one to be built. The wait time for a unit to be built was only a couple of weeks. We decided that location of the side door, window, number of windows and choice of colors was not that important so we opted for the one they had in stock. We did add a ramp to our purchase. What really impressed us was the delivery by Stutz Trucking. They had to place the unit in a tight corner inside another gated area within our five acre business. Further, he took extra time to level the unit because we didn't provide much of a level surface. The ground was level but we had two different sizes of large gravel covering the ground. We are very happy with our purchase and the delivery and setup of our new landscape maintenance barn.

They were able to deliver next day for a flat fee based on how far your address is from the nursery. The only negative was the cashier experience. It was slow and kind of difficult but we got through it.
