This included packing, disassembling furniture and moving everything from one 2nd floor unit to another 2nd floor unit, the second of which they were not allowed access to the elevator. We hired a crew of 3 for the day. They worked hard and were very helpful. We did end up paying more than planned, but I chalk that up to the fact my in laws had done even less packing than we had expected, and they had more items than we realized, so time added up. They also came back at the end of the week to move a handful of things from storage, including very heavy, full filing cabinets of genealogy paperwork that is important to my FIL. I was asked to pay before the job was done and asked about a tip. I will be pistons this 9n every social media site I can. Don't call me unless you plan on a partial refund. I also had the storage people check cameras and you were wrapping stuff that didn't need to be wrapped.

I needed to get some items out but they had it in a loft and would charge me to look at my items. So I waited till I could take all my items at once, still paying my monthly storage fee. Then they charged me for getting my items back. We paid the month to month storage fee but had to pay $260 to just get them to let me pick my stuff up and to do it on their time schedule.
