As another retail employee, I model my service on hers. I spent probably 15-20 minutes just chatting with her - she didn't make me feel pressured or unwelcome in any way, which is much appreciated (and to be honest, can be rare nowadays). I appreciate the good customer service. I am more of a mid century modern guy while this collection is very contemporary. However, I still like a lot of their things personally (huge, gorgeous live edge acacia dining table made me wish I had a bigger apartment). TL;DR: this store has out of this world customer service and a very nice collection. Vanette really deserves to be recognized as she is outstanding.

Communication via email and phone resulted in only two options being offered: pay a $300+ moving fee to return the couch for repair or arrange and pay for transportation myself. For a product at this price point, this approach to a recurring defect is disappointing. Buyers should factor in the product n quality and how post-purchase issues are handled.

He also claimed he no longer carries Deco Rest, yet the brand was still featured on his website and in his promotional emails. My sofa was even displayed there. After I posted my review, he called me asking me to remove it. Reviews exist so customers can share honest experiences. I decided to move on and went directly to Zilli, another retailer that carries Deco Rest. The difference was night and day. Zilli arranged a call with Deco Rest, helped me obtain an RMA number, and Deco Rest agreed to repair the sofa free of charge if I bring it to the factory. That's what real customer service looks like. Zenlia could have handled this properly but chose not to. Because of that, they have earned this review.

Again, Kathy was incredible. She helped us with style, colors, fabric, design. All of our furniture was custom made . She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems.
