I have had 307 do several projects on our home (Garage Door opener, dishwasher install, bathtub…read moreremoval, walk in shower build, tile, plumbing, and others). I've learned to call 307 Handyman first! Keith is honest, dependable, and quick to respond. He has a good crew and makes sure they do things right. I'm thankful to have a resource this good for any projects we need done around the house. They are also great about giving advice if you aren't happy with what you have, but aren't sure what you want.

We first contacted several contractors about getting a storm door installed that we had previously…read morepurchased, but we decided on 307Handyman. We had to initially return that door and re-purchase the one that worked with our entry, and Keith came over and did it all with ease. He's very friendly, tells you what is needed to complete the job, and the installation went great. We recently had him and helper Josh install a carport for us, which was just finished last week. We are very happy with the results and his flexibility working around a couple of cars that were disabled. They got the job done in 2 days! We will definitely call on 307 Handyman for all future odd jobs, and highly recommend Keith, Jennifer, and their team. Thank you!

The old big tree stump that was in the middle of the back yard is no more. They grounded it out and we can now put up the new garage we plan on building next year. We spoke to Dave Wright about getting a privacy fence done. We had him out for an estimate which…read morewe had to prod him a bit for. We accepted his bid and scheduled a date about a month or more out due to his scheduling. We asked that he come out so we could work the details. He gave us a time to be there and he didn't show up until about 2.5 hours later. I expressed my concern over his timeliness and it affecting the project as a whole. He walked off while I was talking. I said so you don't want the job? His reply was "don't need it". It was one of the most unprofessional attitudes I've ever seen. We had dealings with him in the past and even referred people to his business. After this I can no longer recommend his business to anyone. You would do better finding a more professional prompt contractor.

Had an offer from possible homebuyers who wanted to remodel. They had MC submit a bid for removing…read moreskylights and reroofing. Offer fell through and buyers backed out. Approximately a year and half later another offer to purchase comes in and new buyer wants roof inspection. MC used the earlier bid with some word changing and implied skylights needed replacing and our ceilings might need possible new plywood for ventilation. - The skylights have never leaked. Our ceilings are ALL vaulted and there is no attic space or space to ventilate anything. Of course MC had no indoor access so they wouldn't know. Only had the old plans to remodel (never done) to work off. New buyers have no plans to remodel. I could not in good conscience ever recommend someone who is too lazy to do much more than take an old bid, rewrite it and submit it as an inspection report when it's really just a bid trying to get a roofing job.
