Literally said he had better things to do after ripping all the siding off. Drove from 1.5 hours away for about an hour of work and then just left. Kids were pretty upset about the house being "broken" for several weeks because the siding was stripped with the insulation exposed with no attention for a long time. Contractor who hired him ended up having to find someone else and said in 9 years in the business he'd never encountered someone with so many excuses. Eventually he hired someone out of Gering, NE who did an amazing job with zero complaints.

Had an offer from possible homebuyers who wanted to remodel. They had MC submit a bid for removing…read moreskylights and reroofing. Offer fell through and buyers backed out. Approximately a year and half later another offer to purchase comes in and new buyer wants roof inspection. MC used the earlier bid with some word changing and implied skylights needed replacing and our ceilings might need possible new plywood for ventilation. - The skylights have never leaked. Our ceilings are ALL vaulted and there is no attic space or space to ventilate anything. Of course MC had no indoor access so they wouldn't know. Only had the old plans to remodel (never done) to work off. New buyers have no plans to remodel. I could not in good conscience ever recommend someone who is too lazy to do much more than take an old bid, rewrite it and submit it as an inspection report when it's really just a bid trying to get a roofing job.

Now my gutters are not only flooding my foundation but the gutters they installed are NOT WORKING AT ALL. I CALLED SEAN 5 times my father called 3 times and he refuses to fix the gutters. The gutters are flooding between the roof of the house and side of the gutter, clearly NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY... he wont fix, return calls or even refund my money. DONT USE THEM! We bought a house in Wyoming. There was an enclosed porch on the back of the house. The handy man…read morethat did the work of enclosing the porch had no idea what he was doing. After spending $2300 to have the electric corrected and put to code, we became suspect of the construction of the room itself. So, we had an Engineer come out and assess the porch. We were told not to use the room, because it was unsafe. We put stabilizer jacks under the porch to hold it up. I called AllTerra Constuction. They were one of two companies with a five star rating. Steve came out and looked it over. They put a new wall under the porch with a 4 foot foundation. A permit was pulled so we can make the porch into living space. AllTerra was very professional; excellent work, good price, courteous, complete clean-up, timely completion of the job. I highly recommend them. Definitely a company I would gladly call back for another job!!
