I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. Doesn't bode well for work ethic or project management. If you can't manage your calendar and keep in contact with customers at this stage, there is zero trust that you would do so for an actual project. Shameful. There was just one thing we were unhappy about (the stairs), and since it was probably a communication issue, we negotiated that we would pay for the supplies and Phil would provide the labor. Phil is very nice and very easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again.
