I was searching for a family-owned mid-sized company to get both good experience and reasonable prices and I feel that I got just that. Luke's communication from the beginning was good. I always felt that I understood what we were going to get. He was clear and honest about what was included and what you needed to provide. This process was a bit different than I was used to but not difficult. I would only recommend that you pay attention to what you need to get with an eye on your budget. We were on a wait list for about 2 months or so (which is a good sign of a contractor in demand) and the project started close to the estimated date. Luke and EJ are extremely professional and pleasant which makes it easier to have in your home for an extended period. We were pleasantly surprised how extremely neat and clean they kept the house during the project. Each day after work they cleaned up including vacuuming and neatly placed everything out of the way. Each morning they set up to work. The quality of work and how everything came out exceeded expectations. I am in the architectural and construction industry and consider myself to have a critical eye for detail. Being one aspect of my job, I inspected the work closely to find anything that I was not satisfied with such as tile level, grout joints, fixture installation, caulk lines, etc. and I could not find a single thing that I would actually call him back for.
