I would get responses and quotes, but no one would show up. Jason responded the same day, came out and fixed the problem. He even found another place where the siding was loose and fixed that too! I am so impressed with his service. His quote was lower than any of the quotes I received and he did an awesome job! I had a handyman that I used but it takes forever for him to get the job done. I am having this service do another job for me instead. I was thrilled to finally get this done!

If I could put more than 5 stars, I would…read more I ordered almost a full house rewire for a home I purchased. The house had a 60amp fuse panel and cloth-wrapped wiring and no grounds anywhere. I had the panel replaced with a 200A service panel by someone else and then put in an order for RM Electrical to rewire the whole house (almost). I could not have asked for a more qualified or more professional electrician than Rick. Rick and his assistant were personable, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. He is a true family man and I can confidently say I will look no further for other electricians besides Rick to do my electrical work. The order included the removal of the old receptacles and the installation of new receptacles with new wiring on new circuits in 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 hallway, and part of the kitchen. In total is was about 35 openings. Rick and his assistant completed this job in a little over 1 day only and everything passed quality control checks. If you're looking for electrical work, save your time and give RM a call.

MDR Build recently completed a multi-phase renovation project for my home - a crumbling deck, aging…read morecountertops, cracked tile due to cracked basement floor, decrepit old shower and vanity, and fog-filled builder grade windows. End result? - beautiful high quality deck, countertops and backsplash, windows, shower, vanity, and fog-free windows that have reduced exterior noise and reduced our utility bills. My number one positive about the experience is the quality of products MDR Build uses. The second is communication - if MDR says they will email you a bid within 24 hours, they do it! There were bumps along the way - weather, product availability, and a brief delay due to installation crew availability. MDR kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly addressed issues that arose. I'm very pleased with the end result.

We were very pleased with our first initial consultation and very pleased with the contract and answer to all our questions and concerns. The work was done according to contract, the workers were very cautions in making sure all debris was picked up and discarded. We were very pleased with the services provided as well as the cost. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. We discovered, there are a lot of roofing companies, but in talking to our neighbors, a big name does not mean good service. Tough Enough Construction is a small company, but did an outstanding job.

Hands down best service experience I have ever had!…read more My tech was Joe and he not only was extremely kind and respectful with a positive attitude. Being new to the midwest, I was not very familiar with heat pump systems. There was water leaking from the unit and I filed a claim with my home warranty service who matched me with New Systems AC and Heating to complete my claim. Being new to a city, in my experience at least, home repair service companies tend to be hit or miss especially when you are under a warranty who only have select companies who they choose to contract with. I can't express enough how please I am that we were paired with New Systems AC + Heating. Our tech, Joe really went the extra mile to explain to me how my system worked and answered every single one of my questions that I bombarded him with. He was thorough, worked hard and gave helpful advice/tips on ways to best run the system to maintain its high performance and extend its longevity. In fact, I was so impressed with the service, I called the company after the tech left to let them know how outstanding i thought there tech was and I am not one to usually do that. Their receptionists are also very chipper and upbeat and very accommodating to any needs or requests I have made. All in all, a very impressive company that was knowledgable, provide good work, go above and beyond for their customers and are fair and honest. They earned a loyal lifetime customer and I will make it a point to recommend this company in the future to friends, colleagues and neighbors.
