I contacted Jordan when we ran into hard clay digging post holes in our backyard. He was super responsive and gave me a fair quote right away. When I asked how soon he could come, because we needed help ASAP, he managed to squeeze us in, SAME DAY, even though he is fully booked 6+days/week, for several weeks out. He truly wanted to help, and what a great help he was! A job done perfectly and quickly at a very fair price - he even charged less than the low range of his original quote. What more could anyone ask for in a contractor? I would definitely hire him for anything and recommend him to anyone.

Darien knows his products. The crew was friendly and professional and Darien was onsite with them most of the time. After the job was done, he was eager to fix any minor problems that we identified. I'm very particular about such things, and I am quite satisfied. I noticed that another reviewer had trouble scheduling in the fall. We actually also did have a similar issue. But the thing is that seems to be a tradeoff you make you choose a company with a small crew and more oversight. When there are only a few guys and the boss is onsite with them, it's undoubtedly harder to keep schedules when things take longer than expected. If you're a massive company that has several crews and the boss is nowhere to be found, then it would probably be easier to always have the needed workers in place to do the job on schedule. Obviously, it makes things easier if schedules are kept, but even more important to me is getting a quality job.
