Communication was great throughout the project and was completed in the timeframe they gave me. From the contractors they brought in to the (bearded) builders who did the majority of the work to the management and office staff, the entire process was smooth and left me without doubt the work was being done correctly with quality craftsmanship. While most will find Bearded Builders are certainly not the cheapest option out there for home remodel projects, by the time they're finished you realize you get what you pay for with a 5-year warranty to boot. Jason, Adam and Seamus were my main contacts at Reclaimed and each encounter was professional and interesting. They have a great design aesthetic and showed us many options for our outdoor shower. We ended up using a Japanese charred cedar approach for our shower, shou sugi ban. It looks incredible. 2 years after it was installed, we had an issue with the door. They came out and investigated, later on came back and took the door away to get it fixed. It was back within two weeks and works better than ever.
