She truly gave me the best haircut I've ever had--flattering, precise, and exactly what I wanted (even better, honestly! She is very honest about what will look nice and what is bad idea lol). Getting my hair dyed was my first experience at Split Endz. Nicole is the one who did my ombré and it turned out AMAZING. She made sure I 100% loved the colors before sending me on my way. During the appointment, she was super friendly and kept conversation going. Carrie is who I go to for my 4-6 week trim. So far, I've been more than pleased. When I tell her what I want, she makes sure to do exactly that. She never takes off too much but makes sure my ends are looking and feeling healthy. I told her I didn't like it, color was too dark and striped, she told me to go home and wash it a couple of times and let her know if I still didn't like it then she would fix it. I did as she said, still didn't like it so called. Had to call twice just to get her on the phone then she says she can't fix it for two and a half weeks. She raises her voice at me and says she doesn't know what to do to fix it. She's been the only person coloring my hair for quite a while. I ask her then if she can't fix it can the manager fix it. The manager asks me to text her photos of my hair. I do, then the manager doesn't call me but texts me that my hair is too damaged for her to fix. Again her stylist is the only person that has touched it. They can't be bothered to fix it . She doesn't offer me a refund or anything. I spent almost $300 for damaged hair that I have to then pay someone else to fix. I call to speak to the manager but she is too busy to call me. I don't hear from her at all until I post a photo of my hair online. Then she sends me a ton of text messages berating me and saying I was rude to the stylist (no I wasn't) and to some random other manager which I only know of the one manager so obviously a lie and tells me I am forbidden to come back to the salon. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. I can f up my own hair for way less than what they charge. I asked her to stop texting me. She texted me again. The behavior is very immature and unprofessional.
