After visiting two dealerships in Fort Worth this week, the first dealer told me I owed $9000 more on my 2-year-old car that has 17,000 miles, I shared my Kelly Blue Book estimate and he told me KBB don't write checks, he offered me a payment of $1183/month, of course I left. The next dealership must have thought, "hold my beer and watch this, lol." That dealership offered me a lease price of $1905/ month and bragged because he got the price down $200, so I was going to pay $1700, they told me I was $5,000 upside down. Feeling reluctant, I located the 2026 GMC Denali PU with the exact options that I was seeking. Derek was extremely professional. I told Derek exactly what I was looking for. Within an hour, Derek provided me with a ballpark figure that was exactly the same as the result I came up with on the GM Financial website; I was $500 upside down. After a 1-hour drive to the dealership, it took approximately an hour to complete the paperwork, and a monthly note below $700/mo. Without a doubt they have earned my trust in an industry that is filled with uncertainty in my opinion. When completing the paperwork, I was able to relax, as in my experience the finance manager didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan owner that had the typical rocker arms/lifters issue several years back…read morewhen the car was under warranty. Manifested as a rough idle and threw a P0303 Cyl 3 misfire finally. Dodge replaced it all under warranty but only that half of the engine. They wouldn't replace everything on the other half of the V when I asked even knowing eventually those would suffer the same fate. That was at 80,000 miles. So 5 years and 70,000 miles later we just recently had the same issue with a rough idle until finally the P0302 Cyl 2 misfire code appeared and I knew the fate. I had called numerous shops and ranged from quotes of up to $10k, or more than that saying it needed a new engine, to others not even willing to quote me when I explained the situation and asked "IF this is the same repair what is the cost?" I just started going out further from the Justin area and called a few shops in Decatur and got ahold of Superior. They knew exactly the problem and had an excellent technician (Raul) who knew this fix, and has done it before. They are probably one of the few shops in the metroplex outside of the dealer to trust with this since apparently it is very difficult to keep the timing in place and it's much longer job for other shops. The costs for this were also extremely reasonable. We added in a few other maintenance items as well and got good recommendations from Joe. This van has been great to us and if not for Superior Auto it could have been much more costly. And I just did not want to have to drop a $40k financing contract on a new minivan for our family in this economic climate. The owner Robert also even does some QC checks to be 100% certain even though Raul does a fantastic job. We had a little bit of a customer service mishap/miscommuncation but good customer service is NOT defined by how you are treated when everything is going well and GOOD, it's how a business treats when even a small thing goes slightly off the rails and Dean in their front office displayed A+ customer service. Five-stars all around and no real need to visit the dealership when you'll get a personal touch with Superior Auto. Thanks guys!

Let me say this -- Flusche Auto Repair got me and my wife home in time for Christmas!…read more We had a long drive from Dallas, TX to Orange County, CA to spend Christmas with our family, so we had gotten our car checked up and gotten the oil changed at a local Dallas repair shop -- well it turns out they hadn't done their best work, leaving our undercarriage cover hanging on without being fastened down. My wife and I got all the way to Decatur before noticing that something was loose underneath the car, and my wife, being as smart and wise as she is, pointed out that the repair place in Dallas probably didn't properly fasten the undercarriage cover when they changed the oil. With 2,000 miles left in our trip we couldn't let that go. A quick Google search of nearby automotive repair shops brought up Flusche, and we got their right at 7 when their awesome staff began rolling in. At first they thought they wouldn't be able to get the car on a lift until 8, but by 7:15 they were able to get it up on a lift and check it out. Not only did they refasten the undercarriage cover, but their mechanic had the good sense and the good heart to check our oil system, because "he doesn't trust it if he didn't do it himself." Well, good thing he checked, because the folks at our Dallas shop had also left our oil gasket and our oil filter loose! The folks at Flusche got us all fixed up in a jiffy, and ensured our car was truly safe for us to take our trip in -- they even pointed out that our front tires were badly balding, something I would have hoped our Dallas shop would have alerted us to, and that I am very glad to be aware of and to get fixed as soon as possible. All that, and Flusche charged a very fair price and were so considerate and friendly the entire time... Their whole staff is an A+ team and great to talk to! Thank you, Flusche, for getting us back on the road in less than an hour -- we will be home for Christmas on time because of you!

I've never heard of a place that couldn't give you a range for something as simple as replacing a…read moreclutch without bringing in the vehicle. This is not a huge job with a lot of variables. Pull transmission, replace parts, reassemble and adjust accordingly. Seriously? I'll take my business elsewhere where customer service is more of a priority. Too bad. I try to support the local businesses but with an interaction like this, I'll take that business elsewhere.

Stephen and his team did an excellent job…read more I had a check engine light come on, and they were the only shop in town who could even see me this week. I had already taken my car to the Auto Zone and knew the problem... everyone else said they had to do their own diagnostic ($165.00). Stephen had to do their own diagnostic as well, but they were confirming... not just taking a free shot...and he said the price goes toward the fix. They had the car ready within 24 hours, and called me. When I drove out of the shop, the check engine light was on. They took the car back, and Stephen knew immediately what the problem was. They had replaced the sensor (the inexpensive fix), and the light had turned off. Once on the highway, and the light came back on, Stephen immediately knew it was the other (more expensive) sensor, and only charged me the difference. The fact they tried to save me money, and immediately knew the problem... and could easily explain it to me... makes this a 5 Star review. There's another YELP review about how they didn't fix someone's car the first time... I don't feel that was my experience. New cars and computers are finicky. In a small town, you don't build a 5 Star reputation by taking advantage of people. I will be back! 5 Stars

I feel I can speak to the value of this business. For starters, the staff is great! I highly recommend calling ahead with an appointment. You can build a profile online, so they know the type of tires and/or wheels you need! You can have them order the tires if they don't have them, and then show up at your appointment time... they will have everything they need, you will have everything you need, and you will be out in less than an hour! If you stop in though, they are still fantastic, but you might have to wait! They have complimentary coffee and water, and a great view in the waiting room! ProTip: Get your wipers changed here! They are better quality than the local auto parts places, and cheaper! 5 STARS for "nailing" every aspect of the business!
