I showed up five minutes before they opened and all 20 tire changing techs couldn't get me out of here before an hour but somebody that bought some new tires however, many months ago showed up for a tire rotation, and all four people went over there to change his tires and left me in the air. I'm glad I got to sit around and listen to the techs complaining about their job and their bosses but I would've been a lot more interested in making it to my appointment after this that I'm no longer going to make. Was up there to get a tire earlier today and a young man on the spectrum was trying to help his mom get a tire. He did not know the year and when he went out to find out, the employees called him a dipshit and made fun of him. I will absolutely not be going back to this place of business. read more

We stopped in due to a flat tire on a roadtrip. There were a few people waiting ahead of us, but they said they'd get to us as soon as possible. A lady who seemed to be running the show, sorry we didn't catch your name, was very friendly, chatty and helpful. The service was quick and the cost was very reasonable. read more

Tire prices are great, the problem is that I've been here and HOUR. The 2 guys changing only two front tires are definitely too busy smoking and talking and should have had the job completed a while ago. If you want a good price and have NO WHERE else to be this is the place for you. read more

Sometimes you read a review from one person. Who has only one review about one shop. But never judge a place by some haters out to hurt a business. Been dealing with this shop and the people for many years. Good honest hard working people. Priced rite and good service from a honest and friendly staff. Not always perfect but the always come pretty close to 100% and that's allot in today's time. Been buying tires from them for years. And still good honest and friendly service. Hi so I like to read reviews as I sit at a business and here is my experience with Tire Outlet. First off this is my first time here to buy new tires for my truck and would like to note that I came in 15 min before they closed and am currently sitting here after hours. The staff has been super knowledgeable and perfectly friendly even though I am keeping them after they are closed. I will most certainly be back and use them to all my tire needs as to include my atv's, horse trailers and such! Thanks guys!!! read more

This is a great independent tire shop, and it's nice that it is so close. I've always had friendly, knowledgeable service there, and their prices are as good as the chain tire stores. I once had a leaking valve stem that I needed replaced, I had the new one, and they did it for me at no charge! They carry not only car and truck tires, but big truck, Ag, and ATV tires. I take all my vehicles there. read more

Rip offs. Spent 27.17 to have a new tire put on and old tire taken off. Rolled it into shop door. Never offered to balance because "its a trailer tire. Told me they charged me to take it off and to put it on the wheel. I left them with two very good used car tires tires I had kept because they seem to need the money real real bad. The kid was nice the office was bad. 10 dollars for tire service at Sams Club for life. Worth the extra little drive. read more

Wife took her car in to get a flat fixed, we have never had a single issue with the monitoring system. They told her she had a broken tire sensor but they didn't do it, and that they would fix it but not cover cost of the part. Again we never had an issue with this, ever so not very happy! read more

We stopped in for some used tires here and at first thought it was okay. The staff is not friendly, but they are not very rude either. We did get the impression that we were interrupting their day, though we were the only customers at the time. The men who actually put the tires on were smoking in front of the door when we arrived and all the other bays were empty. The lady at the desk was quick, but that could've been because she was chatting with someone else behind the counter and we interfered with that. She obviously knew her stuff, but was bored with it. It took them less than 30 min. to get all 4 tires on, but remember, we were the ONLY customers. Plus the tires were not the quality of used tires we get from T&W but were more expensive. The real problem came when one of the tires got a flat. Now, flats happen even in new tires, but when we went to remove the tire to put the spare on, we could not get the lug nuts to budge. Even with an airgun, they would not come off! We called the tire shop asking just for some help with the lug nuts. They refused saying that's not what they do, but admitted they purposely torque the nuts super tight. We were furious! To remove the lug nuts, we had to get a blowtorch and heat them up! I had to buy all new lug nuts for that wheel!! Go somewhere else like T&W! These guys are horrible!!! read more

Horrible ppl wouldn't go there again if they were the last tire shop on earth. The lady at the front desk literally Chewed me out and yelled at me in front of everyone because when I pulled my bad tire out I lost hold of it and it hit one other crappy work trucks. They claimed my flate tire damaged their crappy work trucks which it didn't. Being the nice person I am I apologized to the owner and even offered our insurance to cover any damage. While negotiating price on some used tires and after agreeing on terms with the man at counter the lady in back with a lit cigarette hanging from her lip over rode the clerk maybe her son embarrassing him to get her $6 more for used tires. I will not go back! read more
