If I could give 0 stars I would. The movers showed up 2.5 hours late and both men sent to move my…read moreitems were high and reeked of marijuana. They didn't have their own truck (were late because they had to pick up a moving truck from U-Haul),tools or furniture tarps, so they needed to use my tools to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. Upon moving out the younger and more inexperienced mover dropped my dresser drawers from the 5-drawer dresser and 3 of the drawers cracked. I was promised they would be repaired or the dresser entirely replaced and have not heard from the owner/movers in a year. I even tipped them because I was in a bind and needed to move quickly. But as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for", this definitely wasn't worth the damage to my furniture and no additional follow-up. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. I could've rented a truck myself and paid some friends in pizza and beer for better service

He and his…read moreteam of four arrived on time, worked extremely fast, friendly, professional and detail-oriented. We were upfront with our moving needs, they planned accordingly and delivered. We needed to move furniture from two separate locations to one 3,600 sq ft home. The logistics of which items went to which room was challenging as many boxes were unmarked or had older labels from a previous move. Brandon and his team were patient and made us comfortable from start to finish. And did I say they worked fast? My gosh, these guys really came to work that day. They moved boxes, large furniture and outdoor storage boxes with ease. They finished including furniture reassembly ahead of time, which we genuinely appreciated. Other movers we tried in the past had challenges with our piano, but RIL team moved it so seamlessly and with such care. We sincerely hope not to move again anytime soon. But if we do, it's a huge relief to have a reliable moving company on our contacts list. I highly recommend Raleigh Intuitive Logistics.
