The only problem is that it's going to be very hard to Stay anywhere else. Thank you to all the Cafe and restaurant Staff for an Outstanding Service!! Upon arrival, we waited several minutes for valet, who appeared distracted and not paying attention. Check-in was equally frustrating--we were told our suite wasn't ready and that we'd receive a text when it was. That never happened. We went to the bar to pass the time and initially found no one around. Eventually, Devin came over and completely turned that part of the experience around--he was apologetic, attentive, and provided excellent service. A great example of how far simple kindness and professionalism can go. After waiting, we went back to the front desk to check on our room, only to find out it had been ready--no notification, no follow-up. The initial front desk associate was nowhere to be found, but thankfully J stepped in and handled things well. She was kind, apologetic, and helpful once we explained the situation. The suite itself had a nice view and was spacious, but it definitely needs updating and was missing a few expected touches. For the price point, we anticipated a more polished experience. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. After the concert, we went to the upstairs bar and waited over an hour for a simple burger. During that time, the staff appeared more focused on socializing than serving guests. It was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had at a hotel. While a few individuals (Devin and J) stood out positively, the overall lack of communication, attentiveness, and accountability overshadowed everything. We chose this hotel expecting it to be one of the nicest in Corpus--and it was anything but. I would not recommend staying here and would suggest looking at other options, like the Marriott or elsewhere. This experience has honestly made me reconsider staying at Omni properties in the future.

The pirate crew is very engaging and get into character. The boarding process was very seamless and they provide instruction when entering and exiting the ship to keep everyone safe. The ship looks exactly like what you would expect a red pirate ship to look like. They have plenty of covered and open searing to choose from. There is an adult searing area but it does tend to fill up quickly. The ship has a bar and offers a variety of cocktails, drinks and snacks. They don't allow outside food onboard. They have a variety of activities planned for the kiddos to keep them entertained. My nephews particularly liked the treasure hunting portion where they weee able to collect hidden golden coins and other treasures like beaded necklaces throughout the ship. They also had swashbuckling, sword fighting and just the general banter to keep adults entertained. The kids all looked like they were having a blast and making new friends. We did see a few dolphins but definitely not as many as when on the dolphin cruise. There are times when the music is blasting pretty loud when you get a break from the stimulation from the interaction during activities. I wasn't sure what to expect but they did a great job keeping both adults and kids entertained through an engaging adventure. I would recommend this experience if you are in or around Port A.

The homes are so nice, the beach is fantastic, the amenities (basketball, pickleball, fitness center, swimming pools, fishing ponds, and much more) provided our family--including a 13-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter--with fun activities, and the staff took great care of us. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we went to the real estate office and now are working towards a goal of buying a place here. In the meantime, we'll be coming back as often as possible and renting when we do. My family and I give Cinnamon Shores our highest recommendation!

My family owned a home here for over 10 years, and honestly, after this experience, I'm relieved we no longer do. It's disgusting to see how loyal residents and vacationers are treated now. Cinnamon Shore seems to think they can do whatever they want and treat people like second-class citizens. To make matters worse, the house we stayed in had cockroaches, which was already unacceptable considering the cost of staying here. Larry and Juan from courtesy patrol then approached and harassed my family over an investigation that none of us were involved in. During the interaction, they were taking photos of me and my family, which made us extremely uncomfortable. When I confronted them about it, Larry responded with, "You're not that sweet, sweetheart," before they became even more disrespectful and unprofessional, eventually calling me and my sister "f***ing ret*rds." What makes this even more disturbing is that I have the entire interaction recorded. I have special needs family members, so hearing that kind of language was beyond offensive and unacceptable. No guest, resident, or homeowner should ever be treated this way, especially by staff or security personnel who are supposed to make people feel safe. After being a loyal guest and homeowner family since 2009, I am honestly shocked and disgusted by the level of harassment, disrespect, and overall experience my family had.
