Alicia helped us organize a two family, 9 person trip to Costa Rica . The number of flights were…read moreslim and information impossible for us to arrange on our own. She found us a great place to stay with really good flights arriving early and leaving late to come home so we had more time on both ends. She actually saved us money over booking online. (Which I don't think we could have) we had tried for a couple of days to do so.
