The Host Scott will go out his way to assist you with whatever. Cons What RV park doesn't come with its ups and downs. Electricity, but it's your choice to use it. Of course who doesn't like dirt roads. So you wash your car once a week. It's called exercise. Some people don't get the concept of a speed limit. Normal maintenance that has to be done to the park to keep it up to code so the clients are dispirited. With all the open space you do get to live stock Cows, which comes with the smell of defecation. With my closing been going on 5 months and so far we haven't thought about moving as of yet. Lots of seasonal people from up north in the winter and retirees. Also some long term construction workers. Rent is fair, around $300.00 a month plus electricity. Stayed here 2 nites for family event. All new concrete sites but no amenities (no firing, picnic…read moretable, etc), tight sites but good grass (w/ sticker burs abundant), WiFi 2 bars in site 24 which is a west/ east backin. Water pressure good, FHU's w/ 50 amp, 3 bars on Verizon so you can stream on cellular service. WiFi not strong enough too. About 1/2 the sites are FTers w/ #22 winning yard of the month. Roads are concrete but very tight. Our 35' crossed the grad even though we were as far right as we could go. 40'+ rigs will have issues turning and backing in as all sites are back in w/utilities at the rear of the site.

They were respectful, apologetic, and gave clear examples of how they were intending to fix the issues we experienced. No one is perfect, the best that we can expect is that when something inevitably goes wrong, that the company does its best to fix the problem. I personally would still be hesitant to stay at this park because of my negative experience. But if the main management​ is able to fix the issues we experienced, our stay would have been quite pleasant otherwise. And top-level​ management definitely takes great pride in their parks and seems to be striving to fix the issues, so you may very well have better luck during​ your stay.

It was not a background check for criminal history. It was for rental history. It was clear I was not leasing a mobile home on the property. I was seeking a spot for my RV. This site is in very poor condition. Serval RVs on site should be condemned. I request to speak with the owner of the site because it is clear that I should have been refunded my money for the criminal background check that was never performed. Brenda showed up on site the day I arrived asking if I liked the property? I asked her if she thought the website reflected what the site looked like, she had no answer. Stay away from this location.
