This review is about the campground only. I would give the old section a rating of 1…read more The new part at $50 a night looks very nice and has water, sewer, electric. The older part at $25 a night is an absolute dump and has water and electric. There is a dump available right there. Sites are extremely close. Your picnic table is a few feet from the neighbor's table end to end with the RVs being parked on the outside of the tables putting them right between the RVs. If you want to sit at your table and eat or talk, you are just a few feet from your neighbor. The road is is horrible. Be careful of the big holes. There is a bathroom shower house in the old section but it is permanently shut down so you have to go to the one in the new section that is 3/10 of a mile away. Yes, I checked it. Lots of people bring canopies, and we saw some that had bag holders for the canopies so your beach bag isn't full of sand on the bottom. We'd also advise a picnic/outdoor blanket to set stuff on and cup holders that go into the sand to hold your beverage. It's fun to watch the local surf school give lessons, and there are lots of locals/families.
