I set up an appt. here several years ago to have a crown replaced. The work was for the most part professional...however the business experience and billing was not. I was also billed before work was done at times. Customer service is a full service experience that brings customers back and they fell way short in this department. Money first for them!!!
I was billed for work that was not requested nor was it needed, I said several times it was not needed and they proceeded anyway sighting that my insurance may or may not cover. Sighting they would help navigate through it with the insurance company at the time. I knew they would not cover the work. Insurance companies will only pay half of what the crowns total cost of procedure would be. This extra work was not considered part of crown in EOB. They knew the insurance would not cover from the beginning or they would not have even said that to me. They had created a loop hole for added work to clearly get more money from the customer during this specific procedure.
They are a very expensive dentist and will not work the customer to ensure they are taken care of. My suggestion is to not go here unless you have an extra mortgage payment laying around and don't mind. read more
