The few times I have needed help they have picked up the machine the same day and returned it within 24 hours. Today I had a frozen auger and burned out the belt trying to get it to move. I had an exceptionally positive experience dealing with Moe regarding the servicing of my…read morelawnmower. Over the course of a year, I brought the machine in three different times, with a number of conversations back and forth regarding the problems I was experiencing. At times, there were differing opinions within the Service Department about the appropriate course of action, and understandably, Moe and I did not always see things the same way. What stood out to me throughout the process was Moe's patience, professionalism, and willingness to understand my perspective. He made a genuine effort to bridge the differences in opinion, explain the situation clearly, and work toward a solution that addressed my concerns. He was consistently respectful and committed to finding a way forward. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. Moe demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and, more importantly, a genuine ability to work with people and resolve problems thoughtfully and constructively. If Kooy Brothers has a program for recognizing employees who demonstrate outstanding commitment to their customers, I would be very pleased to nominate Moe. His efforts over the course of this experience were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Moe, for your patience, professionalism, and dedication to resolving the issue.
